We placed a mobile order at around 6:20pm and it said it would be ready between 7:09pm-7:32pm. We showed up at 7:15pm, the lobby filled with upset people waiting. The cashier says it’s not ready with no timeframe given when it would be. We return at 7:30pm, still not ready. The lobby became filled with more upset customers because orders were taking 1-2 hours long (maybe longer for some). There was zero communication from the front of house staff or the manager. If you are that behind, why can’t you turn mobile ordering off until you get caught up? When customers come in, tell them orders are taking up to two hours long. One customer who appeared to know an employee well, was in and out within 15 minutes with his order. Interesting.
We observed not a single person wearing gloves, hair net nor washing their hands. A cashier sneezed into his hands, looked around to see if anyone noticed but didn’t wash them. A person from the cook line came to the register to do something, touched it, returned to the cook line without washing their hands. The supply station was messy and not being kept clean or stocked while two cashiers just stood there. They could be cleaning and stocking as well as calling out the names of the orders that were ready since numerous customers were inside waiting.
I am assuming this man is someone in mgmt, he was wearing a long white sleeve top with a hoodie. He was not being professional with any customer waiting or asking questions about their order. There was no sense of urgency from anyone and as a leader in a busy environment like this, you need to be.
Food was eh which was disappointing since this place is talked about so highly. Ranch was delicious though. Why the heck doesn’t the 20 for 20 come with ranch??
I know it’s a new location but, if they don’t improve on any of the above, they will lose a lot of business. That already was a horrible location due to the size. Also, please add an option to cancel our order in the app rather than having to speak with a manager to do so. My friend still hasn’t gotten her refund back. I waited for 5 minutes at the counter, because no one was there taking or giving out orders i finally got ahold of somebody that worked there and asked the status of my order. They told me it would be 45 minutes longer. I said I can't wait that long. I'll take a refund. They said, yeah, well, we can't refund you now because you ordered on the website it will take 5 to7 business days for you to get your money back, I said that's ridiculous, I asked to speak with the manager. She told me that's all she can do. I said, fine, Whatever how about some proof that I did not get the food? Some proof that I'm going to get refunded? She said, we can't do that for you, sir. So I left, feeling helpless. Needless to say, it's been 10 business days or so since I ordered there. Got there at 9:13 after working a 9 hour shift thinking my food would be ready soon, took about 10 minutes to talk to someone to let them know I was there, told them the order was scheduled to be picked up at 9:15, the worker responded with oh dont listen to that, started to look for my order for a couple moments, then stopped to look for someone else's order. 15 minutes later I got the managers attention and told him what happened, and asked about my order. He said mine was third in line, and that it would another 25-30 minutes. 26 minutes later I get my order, should of checked the bag before leaving, but I was tired and just wanted to get home. Got home and it was only half my order. Went back talked to the manager, only positive part about the whole experience, he apologized and gave me an extra 10 wings for free to help make up for it.
