Where do I start ... Let's start with the woman who is at their drive thru window..I usually go into the store just to avoid her but last night the dining area was closed and I was forced to use the drive thru. First of all if you didn't prepay she will have a 5 minute conversation about how she should get a tip and then sort out the payment and her tip for at least 5 minutes while you are waiting. Then she will ask you 3-5 times if you would like plates and napkins. Now this is where it gets tricky...if you do want them, you have to say no every time she asks because then you will get a bag full of plates and napkins. However, if you don't want them you must say you do, otherwise you will be getting a bag of unwanted plates and napkins. Anyhow after the 2nd time of her asking and me saying no, she gathered the plates and napkins and put them in the bag, proceeded to talk to the cash register for 5 minutes, literally, I should have recorded it. It took me laying on my car horn for her to look back over to me and I said I have to go is my pizza ready, she said yea it is ready. I said can I have it and she said oh yea here is your plates and napkins I'll go grab it. Like what are you doing??? Then I said the pizza was wrong and she said well are the toppings right? They are tired and must not have seen the kind of pizza you wanted but as long as the toppings are ok...I literally threw my cold pizza in the back seat and said does it matter!!? I already said the pizzas were wrong and you blew it off to being understaffed and tired (the restaurant had another hour before close) so no I don't care if my toppings are right because you arent willing to fix it anyway!!!! I will be taking a break from pizza hut until they finally had enough and fix...
Read moreJust had the worst experience at this location. I placed an online order at 12:30 that stated it would be ready by 12:55. For a personal pan pizza and wings (both of which only take 8-10 minutes to cook). I pre paid online. I arrive at the window at 12:51. The worker comes to the window and tells me they are short staff and it’s going to be another 12 minutes until my order is ready. There was no empathy shown for my frustration and she was basically like oh well we are short staffed pull around. I come back to the window 11 minutes later and the manager arrives at the window stating they are short staffed and it will be another 10 minutes before my PERSONAL PAN PIZZA AND 8 WINGS would be ready (not even a huge order). So at this point, I’m livid. The manager then tells me they have no delivery driver for my delivery order I also had placed at 12:30 to be delivered to my kids so I could get to work in a timely manner. He tells me they are short staffed again and also says he won’t have delivery until 4pm. He said they hadn’t even started my delivery order when I asked him if I could just pick up the both of the orders. This prompted me to get even more angry as I needed to get off to work and my kids needed lunch. Then magically both of my orders were ready? So not only did the manager nor employees show any empathy for the situation and own up to their faults, they lied and gave the excuse of being short staffed. 100% poor management and lack of basic customer service and critical thinking skills. I asked for the district managers name and contact information and the manager told me that he didn’t have one. This experience was beyond me and I am doubtful that I will be returning to...
Read moreI hate to give them a 1 because it was not their fault. Could only use drive thru it was after 9. A client in the front of the line would not move and made them make their order while they held up the line. The manager should have called the police and made the car move. We had to wait 45 minutes for our order that was ready in 15 minutes. The manager explained to us all. I had to call into the store to see what was going on. Why not pull the vehicle. I hate the saying that customers are always right because this was not the case. About 7 cars left the drive thru do to this. The Mager credited my account for the meal. We waited almost an hour. The manager should have called the police this time, sorry. Our order was cold when we got it. Was the worst experience ever. But it was not the restaurant fault. They were trying to please a customer they could not please. They lost a lot of business due to this rude customer. Next time, call the police. ...
