Pizza Hut customers be sure to pay attention what you are being charged! I placed an order over the phone two personal pan pizza with extra cheese and was told the total was 15.78. I went through the drive thru and the lady told me 18.78 I questioned her if I heard her correctly for 18.78 and she said “uh-huh” I handed my card to her and paid her and said I was told 15.78. She looked at me weird for a second and said she thought she said 15.78 but I know she didn’t say that. I then told her I needed my receipt and she then pulled out the card reader and said it had a question on there for me, the part you put in if you want to tip them or not. I feel like that lady was going to add in a 3.00 tip without my consent which is really wrong I hope this isn’t the case but she was being very sneaky during that transaction. So please everyone pay attention to make sure you decide if you want to tip them or not at the window.

I placed an order over the phone yesterday and I was told my order of six count lemon pepper traditional chicken wings would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived to Pizza Hut to pick up my order the employee told me the wings were not ready and he didn't put the order in the system of course I was extremely upset but I managed to keep calm and cool. I simply asked the employee to reorder the order of wings! Unbelievable, I waited an extra 15 minutes for the food to be ready! When the wings was supposed to be ready when I arrived, while waiting I spoke with the manager... the situation was actually resolved by a complimentary 2-liter Pepsi soda! Moving forward, next time I decide to call in my order I'm definitely going to make sure the order is put in the system! Overall, the chicken wings was delicious and definitely worth the wait.

Not liking the new location, much more difficult to access and the traffic here is OMG cramped to say the least. Notice the cars on the wrong side of the road in my picture? This is the entrance to all the shops here and they've got a person checking drivers in for some odd reason on the wrong side of the road. This will be my last pizza hut order following over 20 years eating at the old wake forest location, can't deal with this. Not to mention it appears they've increased their pricing. Is it fair these pizza places offer 3 toppings for the same price but if you only use one of the 3 they'll still Rob you for extra cheese?? Even though you left one topping in their bin.

Where do I start ... Let's start with the woman who is at their drive thru window..I usually go into the store just to avoid her but last night the dining area was closed and I was forced to use the drive thru. First of all if you didn't prepay she will have a 5 minute conversation about how she should get a tip and then sort out the payment and her tip for at least 5 minutes while you are waiting. Then she will ask you 3-5 times if you would like plates and napkins. Now this is where it gets tricky...if you do want them, you have to say no every time she asks because then you will get a bag full of plates and napkins. However, if you don't want them you must say you do, otherwise you will be getting a bag of unwanted plates and napkins. Anyhow after the 2nd time of her asking and me saying no, she gathered the plates and napkins and put them in the bag, proceeded to talk to the cash register for 5 minutes, literally, I should have recorded it. It took me laying on my car horn for her to look back over to me and I said I have to go is my pizza ready, she said yea it is ready. I said can I have it and she said oh yea here is your plates and napkins I'll go grab it. Like what are you doing??? Then I said the pizza was wrong and she said well are the toppings right? They are tired and must not have seen the kind of pizza you wanted but as long as the toppings are ok...I literally threw my cold pizza in the back seat and said does it matter!!? I already said the pizzas were wrong and you blew it off to being understaffed and tired (the restaurant had another hour before close) so no I don't care if my toppings are right because you arent willing to fix it anyway!!!! I will be taking a break from pizza hut until they finally had enough and fix...

Just had the worst experience at this location. I placed an online order at 12:30 that stated it would be ready by 12:55. For a personal pan pizza and wings (both of which only take 8-10 minutes to cook). I pre paid online. I arrive at the window at 12:51. The worker comes to the window and tells me they are short staff and it’s going to be another 12 minutes until my order is ready. There was no empathy shown for my frustration and she was basically like oh well we are short staffed pull around. I come back to the window 11 minutes later and the manager arrives at the window stating they are short staffed and it will be another 10 minutes before my PERSONAL PAN PIZZA AND 8 WINGS would be ready (not even a huge order). So at this point, I’m livid. The manager then tells me they have no delivery driver for my delivery order I also had placed at 12:30 to be delivered to my kids so I could get to work in a timely manner. He tells me they are short staffed again and also says he won’t have delivery until 4pm. He said they hadn’t even started my delivery order when I asked him if I could just pick up the both of the orders. This prompted me to get even more angry as I needed to get off to work and my kids needed lunch. Then magically both of my orders were ready? So not only did the manager nor employees show any empathy for the situation and own up to their faults, they lied and gave the excuse of being short staffed. 100% poor management and lack of basic customer service and critical thinking skills. I asked for the district managers name and contact information and the manager told me that he didn’t have one. This experience was beyond me and I am doubtful that I will be returning to...

I hate to give them a 1 because it was not their fault. Could only use drive thru it was after 9. A client in the front of the line would not move and made them make their order while they held up the line. The manager should have called the police and made the car move. We had to wait 45 minutes for our order that was ready in 15 minutes. The manager explained to us all. I had to call into the store to see what was going on. Why not pull the vehicle. I hate the saying that customers are always right because this was not the case. About 7 cars left the drive thru do to this. The Mager credited my account for the meal. We waited almost an hour. The manager should have called the police this time, sorry. Our order was cold when we got it. Was the worst experience ever. But it was not the restaurant fault. They were trying to please a customer they could not please. They lost a lot of business due to this rude customer. Next time, call the police. ...
