Extremely disappointed. I got a liquid gel service on my hands (no added acrylic tips or anything just natural). I felt like I was very rushed it was not busy at all. my nails are bleeding in multiple areas around my cuticles. Tho my nails overall look pretty any nail salon can make pretty nails. The experience was not it at all. My service cost 55$ plus TEN DOLLARS for a cuticle clean & I didn’t even get a color, with tip was 75!!! Which the cuticle clean took .5 seconds to do. Not exaggerating, I didn’t get my hands soaked in cuticle cream / water or a hand massage or anything. Ten dollars is absolutely ridiculous just snipped my cuticle and that was it . Not once was I asked how I like my nails or even how are you today lol. I wasn’t offered water, it wasn’t a pleasant environment, majority of the service was painful. I went to get a pedicure with Mimi today. I was in the chair with my feet soaked in. She gave me the price list and I selected what I want done. I then told her that I'm "picky" about how I want to get my pedicure done. She then proceeded to tell me that if I am picky she can't do my pedicure. I was in total shock as she didn't want to proceed with my pedicure even though I had my feet soaked already and have made my appointment about a week ago. I felt so disappointed that she didn't want to do my pedicure as I was going out of town. She proceeded to do it but at check out she told me I might need to find another salon. I have gone to several salons in the area and Blissful by far is the BEST!! Everyone is so nice and kind! The environment is super relaxing and they treat you like family!! My nails have never been this healthy. Vicky is who I see most often and I absolutely love her, but honestly everyone is fantastic!! Edit: I was there at the exact same time the client complained about the temperature.. and I was completely comfortable (and I am ALWAYS hot!) The temp was perfect and it was the HOTTEST day of the year. Not once did that client ask for the temperature to be altered.. completely...
