On Sept 20th at 5:18 pm. after placing an order for 30 chicken wings at the drive thru the employee asked me to pull around to the front of the restaurant until they could get our order ready. We watched several cars go through the drive thru and 33 minutes later I walked in and asked if they had forgotten about us, the person at the cash register handed my receipt to another person and I'm assuming the shift leader said that our order would be out in 2-3 minutes. The person at the register apologized and said that they had "run out of wings". IN A FAST FOOD CHICKEN WING RESTAURANT AT DINNER TIME. I would normally write this off as a one time thing, but this is the 3rd time we have waited for at least 20 minutes for our order at their drive thru. Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Absolutely horrible. Ordered three meals. One of those BONELESS meals, had a bone inside, my husband swallowed it and starting throwing up for no reason. I called zaxbys and they had me bring the container of throw up to the store so they could see if there was a bone in it. They have a box of my husband’s throw up currently sitting in their kitchen! They said they will refund that one meal after sorting through my husband’s vomit.

Read moreI placed a DoorDash pick up order today and attempted to pick it up in the drive thru line. The lady on the drive thru intercom informed me that my order needed to be picked inside which I thought was peculiar, but went inside anyway. When I arrived my order was just sitting on the front counter(not in a warmer or anything), and no employees verified my name or ID at all. She could have easily just handed it to me in the drive thru.
Then as I was checking my order the other employees kept looking at me as if I was inconveniencing their space at the front counter. When I requested an extra cup of ice for my poorly mixed large peach tea, the woman who grabbed it for me gave me the smallest size cup possible and didn’t even look at me.
