Soo cafe WAKE FOREST — Restaurant in Wake Forest

I wanted to order two chulpan bibimbaps, one beef and one vegetable. The menu on the whiteboard clearly states that the beef chulpan is around $15.00 and the vegetable one is around $12.00. The person on the phone, a woman with a lazy eye, misunderstood our order and she charged us $20 for a vegetable bibimbop with a side of beef. She refused to look at the whiteboard the menu was written on even though it has all of the prices we referenced. She also did not offer to correct the order or even refund us. She just repeatedly offered another bibimbop at full price. Her rudeness was astonishing. She also needs to make up her mind about what menu she is going to be using. This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in my entire life ! Not only did they not cook what I asked for , but when I corrected them and wanted my desired order , the Asian lady in the back instructed her host to lie to me and tell me they didn’t have the item I asked for , and when I tried to change to another item I was told to either pay for the wrong order or she’s not cooking a new order. So I told her how disrespectful and absurd she was and left. I feel bad for the host she was very polite , but with all the hiring now signs and the empty dining room I can tell this business is one of the worst one around . No wonder no one wants to work here . I give a negative 10 stars . Worst customer service ever ....
