Bojangles — Restaurant in Wake Forest

Worst Bojangles in the world. Avoid this location like the plague. They almost always "forget" to put your sauce or one of your biscuits or sides in the bag in the drive through. You'd better check your order THOROUGHLY before driving away from the window. Then, when you sit there at the window for a minute to count your stuff (and figure out what they shorted you), they give you a really nasty look. When you point out whatever it was they didn't give you that trip, they storm off like it is an imposition on them to actually give you what you paid for, then shoot you another nasty glare when they thrust it out the window at you. It is almost like they are playing a game to see who can screw up the most orders, the way they act like they are mad when you call them on it.

Also, at this location, if they ask you to pull forward to wait for something, DON'T DO IT. Once you pull forward, they WILL forget about you and leave you there until you finally give up and go to McDonalds instead or go inside to demand whatever it is they are too lazy to bring to you. Then, when you get inside, they will ask what you need, then ignore you and keep filling other orders until you ask for a manager. Then, the manager will come over, sling the bag at you and give you attitude like it is YOUR fault THEY forgot or can't be bothered to bring you the food you paid for.

Seriously, either keep driving to another Bojangles or go somewhere else. I love Bojangles food and this is the closest one to me, but I have quit going there altogether, as it just isn't worth it and I refuse to patronize a place that is run this badly. Me and my mother went here around 6pm for dinner. The line in drive thru was a tad slow and they rung up the order wrong but nothing major. Get our food (3pc supreme dinner and fish combo) but the fish sandwich for my mom was tiny, old, and cold like it had been sitting all day. I go inside and the manager says he’ll bring another one out to my car in about 5 mins. 10 mins+ pass outside so I go inside and takes another 5 mins for him to speak and he forgot about the sandwich. Finally get the food, and overall food was now decent and fish was fresh.

But come the next day my stomach is just sore and I had to leave work early. Come to find out my mom also had a bad stomach ache going on the whole day leading to us both vomiting afternoon and this food was the only culprit. Mind you I did take a small bite of the fish sandwich so idk if it’s the grease, or someone sabotaged it but I’ll never be back to this...

0 stars if I could. Terrible service. Employee who took the order at drive thru was friendly but the jerk at the window is a different story. Had an attitude from the start. Gave me a dirty look because I asked for a drink tray cause I had 4 drinks (crazy I know). Forcefully handed me the drink tray knowing full well the tray was compromised and spilled drinks in my car all over me, the seat, floor etc. she then just stared at me like it was my fault. She was combative with a fellow worker who was just trying to get me my food and drinks. The manager came over and gave napkins and apologized but that girl needs to be fired. Not friendly and not good at her job. She didn’t want to be there that was obvious. So now I have a car full of sweet tea but hey they gave me an extra tea on the house so there’s that.
