It was delicious but over priced. I was actually surprised to see this kind of eatery in Wakefield. Decore is nice, layout is currently set up to support/promote merchandise sales, likely due to the pandemic preventing sit down eating. Online Google listing said masks required but sadly nothing was posted nor was the clerk wearing one. Clerk was nice and experienced, and it was just a limited wait for our order to be complied. Paper straw is a plus ahead of the local plastic ban effective date.

We got some avocado toast and The Shred. While both very delicious, the construction and quantity left us with more to desire. At $10 we expected more than a single slice of toast and a single cherry tomato, both sliced in half. The spinach on The Shred could have been sandwiched between the egg and toast instead of loosely on top just waiting to fall off...

Boy howdy. X We had just got off the highway coming from up north after someone kept messing his britches, and needed a tasty lunch stat! A mouse popped out of our hood to tell our boy “howdy” but didn’t stay for pleasantries, and we were able to make it to Leafs and Gingers on time, about 45 minutes late. We sat on tasty seat cushions and pondered the comfy menu full of all sorts of awesome foodstuffs. This place I tell you was the A Merry Can dream!
