I would have been less harsh on this review but this place didn’t deserve that. I’m honestly disappointed and never have encountered such unprofessional customer service. Be prepared bc this is a long one!

I emailed the customer support team through email and spoke with Justina about my bad experience. And it was going well, I had mentioned that I was unsatisfied with my açaí bowl. Keep in mind I didn’t end up eating in store I sat down for a couple seconds and left bc I was with my sister in law. She didn’t want to eat there. So I didn’t taste the açaí bowl until I got home. Hence why I emailed their support team

So then Justina apologized and asked if I would accept a gift card for my bad experience. I respectfully declined and asked for a refund. Her response shook me, Justina said “I reviewed the in-store tapes to see who was working so I could address the issue properly by getting more information and try to make sure it doesn’t happen again. I have to ask though, you sat and ate your whole bowl and didn’t seem to have an issue with it. Why didn’t you speak up to an employee saying that you felt like it was off?”. I tried their phone as soon as I heard this but I was sent to voicemail.

So unless you want to hear lies and accusations about yourself by an employee here, I don’t suggest coming. I responded through email after no answer on their phone and I clarified to them that I had no idea what they were talking about. Even after I gave them a very detailed description of my outfit that day and what time I was there so they could see for themselves… she never responded. This all happened on from 03/23-26, I wanted to wait a couple of days to see if they responded to my email and I did not in fact receive a response...

I really don't want to give this place 3 stars being vegan because it is SO hard to find any vegan food in the suburbs. I was really happy to stumble upon this place the other day. However I went back with daughter for lunch and ordered a vegan BLT and an avocado toast and a small coffee. The food took almost 30 minutes to prepare, they apologized and said they were backed up, but it would have been so kind to say that when we ordered so we would have known. There are also indoor tables, the decor is nice and we waited inside but I was really disappointed to finally get the food and find it's all to go containers and so much waste. The 9.00 avo toast was one slice of tiny bread with avocado on it and some spices, so overpriced in a giant to-go container. I loved the Vegan BLT and thought the roasted carrots as bacon was very clever. However overall I'm just dissapointed, also my coffee was luke warm nearly cold. I'll go back and try and acai bowl, but I hope they take recommendations, speed up your staff, the turn around time on food, don't overprice your food and have some eat in plates to...

VERY VERY DISAPOINTED My coworker and I called ahead for 2 acai bowls. We arrived a little earlier than expected so the acai bowls weren't ready. The place was very busy so we ended up waiting another 10+ minutes for the acai bowls. When we finally arrived at work (late!), we tried the acai bowls and they were NOT GOOD! The acai smoothie part was icy and not blended properly and the strawberries were TERRIBLE. They tasted burnt, which I didn't even think was possible for a strawberry to taste like. They must have had FREEZER BURN or something. Despite the icy smoothie and bad strawberries, there wasn't a lot of toppings on the bowl. It seemed very little for the price, and all the ingredients were mediocre at best.

Acai bowls aren't cheap, and we ended up being late to work for a bad bowl.

DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. We feel like we definitely wasted our money here.
