Wendy's — Restaurant in Walcott

I just wanted to say, I wasn't going to write this review but it's been a few days and it has really got me angry thinking about how terrible customer service was..we stopped at Wendy's on our way home from Colorado and there was about 7 people working there and they were all slowly walking around talking and laughing with other employees when we were waiting to place our order. There was an older woman there who really got on my nerves... She was very rude when I was placing my order and when I was standing by the counter where I get my order she called our number and I started walking over and then she said very very loudly in a rude tone, GIRL! To me. I will never come back and I hope that when other people go to this Wendy's they have a way...

I stopped in on Friday, June 7th between 11:00pm and 11:30pm. It took almost 25 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time that I received my food. I ordered a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich with cheese. When I finally went to eat my chicken sandwich, I took a bite and got nothing but lettuce, mayonnaise and cheese. So I looked and there wasn’t chicken on a chicken sandwich. Called the store and spoke to a manager and she said a GM would call me the next morning. I have still yet to hear anything. Honestly, I don’t care about money back or anything in return other than someone owning up to saying “yeah, we messed up.” The manager that night acted like it was a joke and started laughing instead of trying to...

Problem one. Young teenagers working without any supervision or guidance. I order chili and a frosty.... easy enough... wrong. The cashier wasn't paying attention over filled the frosty then smashed the lid down causing it to spill down the side and believe it or not she served it that way. When I asked for napkins she sent me to the middle of the eatery to get them and clean the mess myself. Then same cashier spills the chili down the side of the cup. This time she attempted to clean it, but guess what my chili was only 1/2 full. Nothing was offered no crackers no sauce. I don't entirely blame the young lady. Her manager was missing in action.
