Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Walker

I have ordered from this place probably around 100 times, tonight I placed an order and right before it went out for delivery they called me saying their manager Jessie asked them not to deliver my order because I was outside of the "delivery map" even though like I have mentioned I have ordered probably 100 times if not more from this location, and I tip well. So I drive up there to talk to them, but Jessie wouldn't talk to me, they wouldn't even tell me if he was there...

So they finally show me the delivery map, and my address is on it, I live on Cane Market fairly close to Florida blvd, their map showed that cane market was on deliverable where I was, and even several minutes past me, but not further down Florida blvd, they were trying to say they canceled my order because they can't deliver to that side of the street LOL! but they can across the street, even 10 minutes up the same road, anyone in their right mind knows this wasn't the intention of the delivery map.

Keep in mind I am a very regular customer, tip well, and only live 8 minutes from them, and tried to plead my case, I was slightly disgruntled during the encounter (obviously), but never at all threatening and they didn't ask me to leave. A few minutes later I get a call from walker PD saying they accused me of going behind the counter and through the side door, both of which are absolute lies, I left peacefully, have video evidence from my phone of the whole encounter, and video from my Tesla.

So now I will be pursuing legal action if possible, if nothing else obviously reaching out to corporate with my evidence.

I own a locksmith firm in Walker, have never ever had the police called on me before tonight. And tonight was based on absolute lies, truly a new low for fast food experiences. Thanks for ruining multiple peoples nights for...

I rate this store at a one . The driver Lawrence called trying to locate my address after tracker said he had left the store already when in fact he hadn’t. I asked him which mapping system he was using he said all I have is an iPhone and he asked for address. I then have him my address twice an let him know my address does not pull up on iPhone maps he should use google maps. He repeated again I only have an iPhone I explained yes sir I understand but if you would use google maps it will bring you to my address because you guys always come here. He then proceeded to tell me again he only had and iPhone and then hung up on me . Now mind you my order was 30-40 minutes to cook and deliver. It’s now 6:41 pm and hour after order and no pizza. I called the store to speak with the manager about the situation and she apologized and said well he’s still here we will get another driver out to you. Now mind you my order supposedly left at 6:23pm and I called at 6:29pm. So first of all he hadn’t left the store and now they are sending another driver with my order and I have kids here that have been patiently waiting and are getting uneasy for dinner. I will never order from this location or dominos again after the way I was treated tonight. So now I’m sure I will have a cold order. So now I get my pizza at 6:58pm and it’s cold and I have to heat it up. The driver that came was trey is what he said his name was . And I sure hope someone from...

I actually would give this location 5 stars but, the want to be manager Shelby (if that's her name) ruined it for the entire store. My daughter who is 14 (very much capable of placing a pizza order, mature & intelligent) has called in the past and once she begins to place the order Shelby immediately asks her if she's 18 with a snobby attitude. My daughter responds no, Shelby rudely tells her that she must be 18 to place the order and hangs up. I then call back to place to order and the entire time I'm talking with Shelby I'm getting attitude. My stepdaughter picks up the pizza and they tell her Shelby's actions were based off of previous prank calls. Believable enough...ok maybe she had a bad day. Fast forward to today.....Daughter calls, Shelby answers, "are you 18?" No. Daughter says ok ,Hangs up. I then call from the same #. She asks how old I am. I said"mam my daughter just called and idk what the problem is but you are the only person that gives her problems. She goes on to say its policy....talking all over me. I get off the phone call from another phone and she is a new person she didn't ask my age then,...why...... we ended up ordering from another location and they told me there is no such policy in...
