Worst experiance ever. The Manger was unprofessional and simply wanted to get rid of me. It was overtly obvious. When I tried to make a valid complaint about the window cashier not letting us correct the order and her demanding we pull up after handing us the wrong food the first time the manger was not intetestrd in hearing it. She had such a bad attitude didnt listen and demanded we pull up and wait. The manger wouldnt even look at me when i spoke. And we still got the wrong food a second time and didn't realize it till we got home. I called the manager FROM HOME and he was dismissive once again. Apologies were made but they were hallow and once again he was dismissive. He doesn't need to be a manager and has no skills for it and the window girl doesn't belong in the window. I stated she shouldn't be in the window if she was so rude to us and he stated I bad mouthed her by stating this fact. I expect more from canes employees sense of service. Nothing was resolved and with every interaction that happened was worse than the last. I won't be going here ever again. He wouldn't give us a recipet either when requested. Very bad experiance. Someone needs to do something about this. His de escalation skills are absolutly subpar at best. The chicken was beyond small as well. Suprise usprise we didn't order naked chicken. That is was we tried to tell them to no avail. Will not be back and if it's suggested we won't be going again.
Update: thank you Corp for taking my complaint seriously amd reaching out. I hope the situation...
Read moreAt this point I’m unsure if this locations employees know the definition of extra crispy. I’ve worked at a canes and know it requires extra time to get extra crispy but it’s consistently barely cooked with fries often hard in between. I get a sandwhich, they put no lettuce. I ask for extra crispy chicken and fries, they cook regular time. I ask for hot sauce, they put ketchup. Before i can even ask for hot sauce, door slams and they sit watching me wait at the window while laughing at a video. All this within the past two weeks of getting 3 different orders. It’s the only fast food I eat but at this point is going to have to change. This location is consistently poor in management, food quality, and respect. It’s not hard to provide a service and quality food as a customer requested especially when it’s as simple as leaving it in the grease 5 extra minutes, or just listening instead of just throwing ketchup because you’re mad people are eating at 10:30am, or ask if someone needs condiments before slamming the door. Its crazy how people can’t find jobs yet people with their jobs treat the people who keep them with a job like they have no value or need to provide what they paid for. Mind you today, i was the only customer the entire time, so they couldn’t even say it was busy. They simply just didn’t care because they were too busy laughing at TikTok’s or random videos instead of working.
Edit: much better...
Read moreThis location is the only one that consistently FEELS like you’re getting fast food. This is not the case at numerous other locations, but this one in Walker is essentially great value Raising Cane’s. If you want the breading on your chicken fried to a decent crisp and the rest of your food served at greater than room temperature, you’re forced to order everything extra crispy. Only when you do that will your food be at least closely prepared to the standard that this chain has set and met for years. The toast is almost never browned on either side, which just shows they’re in a rush to get your food out. I would rather wait an extra few minutes for a quality meal than consistently be disappointed, but apparently Walker Cane’s is fine with sacrificing quality (and returning customers) for speed. The kids who work there are seemingly left to their own devices, because it truly feels like it’s run exclusively by high schoolers who (besides a few) all but toss the food into the bag and tell you to go stick it up your you-know-what. Do yourselves a favor and go to one of the...
