Who do you file a complaint with when the MANAGER is the one you need to file a complaint about? I ordered breakfast for my kids before school this morning and had the most awful experience. I don’t come here expecting 5 star service, but this was beyond expecting decent service. I asked for an egg on the side for my 11 month old and was asked to pull up to wait, fine, understandable. What the problem is that he asked to keep my credit card too. He said he will bring me back my credit card along with my food. I said absolutely not, you can bring me the egg but you will charge my card and hand it right back to me now, you cannot do that. He sarcastically responds, oh we DO that HERE! I said excuse me what is your name so I can file a complaint he spelled his name for me JOHNNY. Then, my order wasn’t even correct. I ordered a bagel meal with hash brown and OJ AND 2 extra hash browns with a frappe with the 2/3 burritos. I did not get the hash browns and when I showed her my receipt she still only brought me 2 hash browns and had to go back for just the bagel meal. I don’t love mcdonald’s but when my kids get treated it should not make them late for school and I should not have to deal with this...

Sadly, none of that is any stretch of the truth.
I rarely leave fast food reviews because I don't hold high expectations for them. I hope for 3 things at best: the right order, the right pricing, and edible food.
But, this McDonald's? Talk about leaving something to be desired. They constantly park cars. The food is rarely worth even McDonald's pricing. If you look at their Photos here, you can see how they've flooded it with company stock photos to blend in and hide the customer review photos. They're also constantly out of items.
From witnessing how consistently awful their drive-thru service is, to a point of reliability, I'm horrified to imagine what their inside service is like, not to mention other things, such as what their Food Safety Inspection...

I ordered a double cheeseburger value meal for $5 and I finally backed up and yelled to the drive through lady... Where's my food? She told me I would have to wait. Why am I waiting so long, she shrugged her shoulders like she didn't care. The walkersville McDonald's has been going down hill for a while now. Nobody cares about customer service. If you are the only one in line at night and order the most basic items, they ask you to pull forward even when nobody is behind you because of the timer. Service has definitely crashed at this place. I have lived in Walkersville for 24 years and this was a great place back in the day with the playground for the kids, etc. The owner is a guy named Roy...
