A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Walla Walla

This is an awful place to spend your money. I used to come here for food and service that was better than mcdonalds and burger king, not anymore. I went through the drive-thru and hour ago and they got my order wrong, not to mention the fact that my $30 in food was thrown haphazardly into the bags. Went inside to get it dealt with and waited there for a full 10 minutes without being helped (only one of two registers was open) and finally decided to leave and call the manager from my car. I called half a dozen times before getting through and when I finally got ahold of the manager, Mario, I was lied to IMMEDIATELY. I was told the reason for the calls going ignored was because there was a huge number of people in the restaurant and that may be why my order was wrong. I was literally in my car, LOOKING INTO THE BUILDING, there were two families finishing their meals and ONE PERSON IN LINE FOR FOOD. That's not a "dinner rush."

The people here are obviously incompetent and lazy, and willing to LIE when confronted. What more can you expect from a Walla Walla franchise?...

Service is always super strange when I go through the drive through. We have witnessed the person taking our order stop mid order and yell "Take my picture! Okay now with the bag in my hand now with the bag." We would ask if she got our order and she would have us repeat it many of times. Unfortunately that isn't the only time that similar situation has occured. We are always sent to wait around the corner even when noone is there and often times many other vehicles are waiting around the corner as well to the point in which there is no room for anymore cars. When I have dined in I have witnessed the manager park next to the door leaving limited parking for patrons bringing in coffees interrupting the staff and the service making the wait time even more unbearable. Very rude and passive aggressive employee, had to think about costs and what me and my step brother were feeling in the drive thru, he was very impatient and had a rude tone, at the window I asked for coke, instead of coming over and saying "we don't have coke did you want anything else" or whatever...he came over with Pepsi .....I'm not picky but...he came over and was very rude...."we didn't have coke so I got you Pepsi" I'd give the dude a damn warning because it's very disrespectful and he's lucky I wasnt going to fight about it...but there's other that'll be pissed if they asked for something and got something else with no...
