KFC — Restaurant in Walla Walla

I went through the drive through and had a simple order: 3 burgers, 1 medium fry, 2 drinks. I pull up to the window and after paying, hear a mumbled "Pull forward and park". After establishing that she was actually talking to me, I pulled forward and turned the corner to park. However the 2 spots were full of other customers waiting, so I pulled around the next corner and parked in a Doordash spot. I watched as the 2 cars who were waiting got their food and left. I watched a van take one of their parking places to wait for food. I then watched a female worker walk out of the store with a bag of food and head straight to the van. I thought it was odd that the van got their food first, but they took the food and left and so I figured it must have been theirs. Several minutes pass and a male worker leaves the building with another bag of food. He came over to my car and lists the items in the bag, asking if it was mine. It was not and I was now the only car there. He just goes "Huh...." and walks back into the store. Several more minutes later and a female worker walks up to my car and asks what my order was. After I repeat my order to her, she turns and leaves without another word. Several minutes pass again and I see a female worker exit the building with a bag and come to my car. Wordlessly she hands me the bag. I take it and say "Thank you". She says a simple "Yeah" and walks away. The amount of attitude emanating from her was palpable to the point that I was taken aback at her demeanor. Waiting around 20 minutes for my quite simple "fast food" order and never once heard so much as an apology for the mess up or delay, and then receiving so much attitude on top of it all. Needless to say, I won't be returning...

I ordered my usual 4 piece meal with a side of coleslaw. The price was about $3 more than usual, so when I got up to the window I asked why and was told the coleslaw side was no longer $1, it was now $3.05. OK--just making sure the charges were accurate. Got my food and as I was driving away I heard a guy in the back say something about coleslaw. It made me think he was asking if my order included coleslaw, so when I stopped at the grocery store, I opened my bag and checked for it. Not in the bag or in the box with the chicken. I backed up and went back to get my missing slaw. I told the gal at the window you forgot my slaw and handed her the receipt. She took my receipt and went to the back. She was gone longer than it took me to get my original order. Finally, a different gal came to the window with a sack. My initial thought was that it was the shift supervisor coming to apologize for the error. She leaned in, handed me the bag and told me "your coleslaw was in the box, but I'm going to give this to you anyway." I grabbed my order off my passenger seat the thrust it through the window, told her to look for herself, there was not any slaw in it! She stepped back and said, no, that's ok. I said NO! check it--I am not a liar. She refused to look in the bag and mumbled something about it must have been a different order. If you are going to call your customers liars, you better make sure you have the right one! I threw the coleslaw away and I will...

We made an online order a quick pick-up for 5:45 our order was confirmed at 5:29 via email. We pull up to KFC at 5:40 my son goes in to wait he comes back out 10 minutes later to tell me it's going to be 16 more minutes. Understand I am watching drive thru order after drive thru order go thru. So I decided to check my app and apparently My order was done and was waiting at the pickup spot at 5:55. (Which it wasn't)So I decided to go in and see what's going on. My son is still sitting and waiting. So I sit with him we wait for another 7mins I watch them bring out 3 large drive thru orders all KFC. So I finally ask about our order I am told that we were told it would be 16 mins. 2 mins later we get our order. So it took 35 mins for 8 pieces of chicken and 8 chicken tenders and a 5 piece nugget. 3 sides. Oh and I watched a young man walking through the food prep area with a chicken tender hanging out his mouth. He then set it over by the drive thru register. The fries were super cold but the rest the food was normal KFC. Service was terrible and the employees we dealt...
