Henry Earl Estate Wines — Attraction in Walla Walla

My girlfriend and I decided to go over to Walla Walla and have lunch and a glass of wine. We ended up here. We ordered our beverages and asked to sit out on the patio of which there was only us there when we arrived no one inside the place was very large and very pretty nice ambience after we ordered our beverages she had given us the menu for lunch. They didn't have anything but 3 items on the appetiser menu due to the coronavirus thing so we picked out 2 appetisers we chatted. 2 other people showed up and ended up on the patio in safe distancing no other people showed up the whole time we were there and by now it was less than an hour. We had our lunch she cleared our lunch dishes and she asked if we wanted anything else to eat or drink and we said no my friend and I sat there chatting with each other as she was finishing her beer. We were there approx 1.5 hr. The waittress came out and said you're going to have to leave we have a 5 o'clock reservation for this tabl. no one else had come in the winery there was only two people sitting outside. It was 3:15 pm we were both so embarrassed that we could hardly stand it so we picked up our things and we left she said to us as we were leaving there is other wineries down the street that you can visit and sit out and I turned around and said oh I know and we will but we will never be back here. She was rude and Curt and I am calling the winery to report her I hope no one has to ever experiences this behaviour. I have been to many wineries and many tastings and this takes the cake...

My friends and I came here for the first time and were treated very rudely. We were there around 2:40 on Wednesday and it was 2 women on their shift. My friend asked if we could move the umbrella because the sun was hitting her face and she could of simply said "no" but she started to get an attitude. We moved to a different table as that is what she suggested and waited to get our orders taken. That's when the other worker came out to take our order. I asked a simple question about how much their grilled cheeses were that were posted right outside of their patio on a poster that said house specials since i couldn’t find it in the menu they had given me. She answered with a rude tone, "That's our menu." Which was the menu right in front of me. I was kind of confused at that response because there is a poster on the patio fence that shows food they serve. We went in and my daughter waited for 20 minutes for anyone to take her order while I chatted with a tour group inside. When I sat down, they acknowledged my daughter and then we ordered a cocktail flight, a wine flight and 4 food items. Flights arrived quickly. Food items arrived slowly, one by one, but after 45 minutes still hadn't received 2 food items. We still had a 4 hour drive home, so were getting a bit concerned. After asking, received our 3rd item. After a full hour received our final item and when we asked for a discount , were told we could have $5.00 off our $122 tab. When I added to speak to a manager , she came out, guns blazing, saying I was drunk, 86'ed and she was going to call the police. First of all, no. Second of all, they served me, so if I was drunk, it's on them. But thirdly, nope. Just really bad customer service. After this fiasco, talked to a local and she apologized profusely, saying she wished we'd have asked her for recommendations because she would NEVER have recommended them after her personal experiences and everything she's heard...
