I'm from out of town so when we decide to come to Walla Walla, one of the selling points is that we can stop by Jimmy John's. I haven't visited other locations, so my review might be a bit biased, but if this store is standard across all locations then JJ's has it down. This place is ALWAYS clean, from the tables to the bathrooms. It looks brand new. The associates are super helpful and fun--a sign they genuinely enjoy their jobs. Oh, and the unwich idea? Revolutionary in the sandwich world and the fact that you can enjoy any one of their sandwich flavors low-carb?! Count me in. Selfishly I enjoy coming here also for the fact that it's never busy. Can't say the same for the drive in or the delivery system, but dining-in, I have only ever seen a few tables in use. An overall highly delightful lunch (or dinner) spot! I have been a fan of this company for years. I am disabled and on a limited income each month, so when I do have a delivered meal, it is when I have saved and can afford it. This last time, I was unable to tip, but I received a receipt with the note to tip the drivers and an Un happy face. :( . Aside from the factor that I live in a state where the minimum wage is well over fifteen dollars and there was a five dollar delivery fee, along with the tax on the price of the meal...
