Stone Hut Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Walla Walla

My battle with the Hut continues. A year ago they allowed my then boyfriend to spend $250 on my credit card, including a $45 single charge. Who knows for whom he was buying drinks. At the time I was surprised that they let him use my car considering the bartenders all knew me and had at one time callee us the cuteat couple ever. He refused to return my card (which i had given him because he was traveling from my place home and was supposedly sick - which turned out to be untrue.) I had to cancel my card and told Bank of America I would honor the charges. However a year later Stone Hut's bartenders have yet to acknowledge their role in this theft (dont they check the names on the cards they are given?) And tonight the bartender Jordan told me I should take it up with my bank. Yes I could have told my bank that the charges were fraudulent. I could have told BofA not to pay the charges. However at the time I had no idea the depth of the fraud which the police have confirmed. Stone Hut and this particular bartender continue to support the ex-boyfriend and his lies which have been proven false. And tonight he calls me out and tells me to take it up with my bank. Well perhaps he and his bartender friends should be better at their jobs. Like check the names on the damn...

My wife and I went here for Sunday lunch. It was the worst experience. The service was awful! We told them we wanted a booth, was told to wait a moment and we’d be seated. That moment passed, still waiting. Another waitress came up, asked if we’d been helped. Told her we were waiting for a booth, she sat us immediately. We ordered our drinks, just waters, they came within 5 minutes. Then we ordered our appetizer, Wisconsin cheese curds (best part of our dining experience), then ordered our burgers. Food came in a timely manner. Worst burgers ever! They came plain, dry, and burnt buns. I had to flag my waitress down, we asked for some fry sauce and mayo, that took forever to get. I had to ask another waitress if we could get it. Now let me mention that our waitress walked past us at least 15 times. She never once asked how things were. Finally got the sauces 10 minutes later. Got our check……NOT worth $56!!!!! Got tired of waiting for the waitress, got up and started to take money up to the front door. Waitress didn’t have enough change for us. We had to wait another 10 minutes for change. Absolutely ridiculous! Oh and to top it off….. Our waitress made sure all the “regulars” were taken care of thou. Money is money and everyone deserves the same services. Will never...

Showed up because I had heard good things. Sat down. Wasn't sure exactly what to order so my party asked for a few more minutes. 20 minutes later the staff member comes back and we order. Bit long, but they're a bit busy so not a huge deal, we're not in a hurry. Drinks come out a few minutes after that. Then a while later 2 of the 3 members in my party got their food and our appetizer. 30 minutes after that the 3rd member in my party gets their food, which at this point was cold, meaning it hadn't taken that long to make but rather had sat somewhere. The food wasn't too bad. Nothing to write home about, though. About 30 minutes after everyone in my party had finished eating and we're sitting there counting sheep, the checks arrive. At this point there's maybe 4 other parties in the whole place, so they're certainly not busy. The staff member checked in with us once the entire time to ask about drink refills, never after the food had been placed. Usually I'm willing to give places the benefit of the doubt, but not this time. By the time we were done with all the waiting enough time had gone by we could have stayed for the next meal. 1st time will be...
