Jefferson Park — Attraction in Walla Walla

I do like this park and in the last couple of years that I've lived here it has been kept clean better now than 2 years ago. I think that the big toys are the perfect size for small children like my son who's too. I do wish that the water had a small gate around it I would be more than happy to try to find the funds for something like that cut it is a little unsafe for small children even if you're watching your child they can be quick. A grocery store (Super 1) and McDonalds are both within walking distance. The playground equipment needs an update, graffiti markings throughout all of it. There's a decent sized public fishing pond nearby. Public parking lot/street parking. There are public restrooms, but they are very unclean..not a very safe place for young kids....

Nice park in West Walla Walla. Across the street from McDonald's and Super 1. Picnic tables, playground for kids, fishing pond for youth and seniors. Backs on Senior Center. Close to fairgrounds and Garrison Middle school. Lots of trees for shade and nice green grass for lounging around. ...
