Not a good experience—at all. All I wanted to do was transfer my business phone and number to my existing account. It took me two days and multiple visits each day. Every time I went in, it was like they had never seen me before and asked me what I needed. Both days there were the same two guys (I won’t post their names because they may have just been following AT&T’s policies). I only ever saw one other customer—it isn’t like they were very busy. The second day, the manager gave me his business card with a number that I could call to complete the process—he failed to tell me that I wouldn’t be able to call him because the phone wouldn’t have any service! I missed calls for hours and didn’t discover that the phone wasn’t useable until I was lost looking for an address in the country and could neither use my phone to find my location nor to call to say that I would be late! I had to drive again to the AT&T story where they AGAIN asked me why I was there! Warning—they will lock the door and close the store 10 minutes before their posted hours. Read moreFirst I went in (at Walla Walla WA AT&T) to pay a bill and looked at this phone, Stephanie answered a few initial questions for me and helped me look at different plans I may be interested in and was very helpful, also explaining the new insurance plan. (which I decided to upgrade to) I came back to find out more about the phone I wanted, (LG G8x Thinq) and Ernesto S. Helped me from beginning to end and was very patient and helpful with all my questions and concerns. He helped me buy out the phone I was already making payments on, and it was all smooth and comfortable! Read moreI went here to purchase a note 9 which is a thousand dollar phone and was going to pay it in cash. I was barely acknowledged when I walked in because the ONE person working was there helping another customer and didnt even look up at me. After a half hour of being ignored I decided I no longer wanted to give them my money and since then have heard similar stories from friends who have service through AT&T. I understand wanting to save money by not having multiple people working but having only one person who doesnt even acknowledge customers when they walk In is kinda shooting yourself in the foot.
