Super 1 is a great store, for anyone who doesn't already know they stand apart from the competition by choosing to focus on offering the consumer options they won't find elsewhere I.E. 1st Huckleberries is like a health-food store inside the store, offering top quality products for the enlightened mind, with brand names like; Dr. Bronner 's, Mrs. Meyers, and Garden of Life the products you find in Huckleberries DO NOT contain artificial preservatives or dyes, they're genuinely good for people unlike almost every other product you find elsewhere. 2nd thing setting them apart from the rest is the meat department, not only do they offer a great selection of meats but even specialty items that you won't find anywhere else in town like an assortment of sea food like calamari, crab, giant prawns etc. but the BEST part of the meat department is the fact that you can walk up to the butcher and request fresh cuts of your liking. They even offer two kinds of bacon, meaning separate cuts, I had to ask the butcher what the difference is and he told me the second option of bacon was cut from higher up closer to the shoulder and it contains more meat less fat, I asked his recommendation and without hesitation he tells me the shoulder cut is better, and it didn't disappoint.. I didn't think bacon could taste better than what I had known already but I learned something new that day! 3rd thing setting super 1 apart is the bulk goods section, little bit of sweets, little bit of nuts, little bit of dried fruits, I like to make my own blend of granola and they make it easy for me. My fiance and I love this store. We go out of our way to come here instead of Safeway however, a little bummed about how the new store manager is running things. We go there mainly for the employees and the employees aren't even allowed to take a sip of water at their checkout stations when customers are present which is just ridiculous. On a hot summer day and they are parched, they should be able to drink from their water bottles. I guarantee you that customers DON'T CARE.

The conversations we have with the employees make our evening and we care for their well being. Make sure to take care of your hard working employees who make your business run smoothly . We don't care about some products costing a little more than other nearby grocery stores when the workers genuinely care about us!! The night manager Shelby works her butt off and even helped my fiance when he locked his keys in his truck. Carlos and Rafael are extremely friendly and are always willing to help when we need it. Love this store. Review is really for curbside. Curbside pickup is the best thing ever! Everyone is so very prompt, and I'm back on the road in a couple of minutes. We were using a delivery service for another grocery store until the curbside at Super 1 came online, and always had trouble getting exactly what we wanted. With Super 1, they've even called us to verify exactly what it is we were trying to get, and if a certain substitution would work for us. Everyone is so friendly, and are even cool avoiding contact by just putting the bags in the trunk. Accuracy has been 100% on every order. The website for ordering is clear, and if we don't see the exact item I'm looking for, there's a field where we can write it in and someone will find it.
