Took my iPad Air 2 into get a new battery. They were pleasant and friendly. However in the process the screen was broken. They replaced it no charge. That was good, they also gave me a discount on the battery for waiting about 2 weeks plus and many calls to them but they failed to call me back several times. Wont give me any thing for keeping the cheaper screen. I If I broke my screen that would be different. I offered to pay full price on the battery. I got a $50 discount plus I would pay $50 more to help replace the screen. To a better screen not apple screen. That was a no. (The policy is to only replace the screen with the parts they sell, even if THEY BRAKE IT.) So I offered to buy some batteries for my equipment if they give me a discount to help replace the screen to apple quality, Nothing yet been a bought 2 weeks. These equipment batteries are not cheap. 2-400$ range Now I have a lesser quality screen and they don't care to call back with a way to help. Even with me offering to pay part of it. How many people would offer to pay part of it? Don't get me wrong, the screen works ok the light sensor not as so good either. The replacement screen takes me back to the colors and clarity of the iPad2. The staff was still easy to talk to.

Judging based off the other 1 star reviews this is fairly common. They don't even replace the parts with OEM they replace them with their own product but that's not really why this review exists. Wouldn't trust these guys to change batteries (because that'd what I was there for) let alone fix a tablet/iPad. Do yourself a favor and don't take anything here. Learn to fix it yourself or take it to a reputable source.
Spoke to a gentleman named Sky on the phone, wasn't being rude or anything but when I asked him the same question twice he spoke as if I was stupid. Horrible customer service gets you the one star in my eyes because you're a FIGUREHEAD. You're the voice of the company what are you doing talking to customers the way you are? On our 4th visit we were being given the big blow off when a second associate overheard our conversation and cut in saying, yes it was there. The cost was about $45 and 4 trips to be treated like I was a pesk I promptly went home and purchased a 3 pack from Amazon for $7.99. They arrived the next day.
