I grew up in Howell. This gus's can't seem to get it right. Gus's bread sticks are famous, why can't this store get it right? Why are they flat and weird?
How does the pizza come with too much cheese and practically no toppings? I've worked in the industry so I'm asking this for two reasons, how are you profiting with that much cheese waste and why on earth would you skimp on the dirt cheap toppings?
Last few pizzas came almost white, cheese not browned at all, maybe 12 pepperoni slices on the whole large pizza. I'm looking at the picture above and thinking, yes that's what i want, what is the problem?!? I'm going to try again maybe next week but if it's exactly that same as it's been, I'm leaving this review and giving up.

Read moreGrowing up in Brighton, I have many fond memories of ordering food at that location. I was delighted when the Walled Lake location opened as it's much closer to where I live now. However, my experiences here have not been great. My main point of contention is that the breadsticks are just off... usually under-seasoned and always texturally wrong. I can't understand why theirs come out so different if all locations are supposed to be using the same recipe. We also feel we've been shortchanged on the quantity included in the full bags on numerous occasions. Chicken tasted liked it was boiled first then put in an oven to sorta cook the skin. Nasty chicken then the mac and cheese sad. I could go on but i won't be back.
