Taco Bell — Restaurant in Walled Lake

This is possibly the WORST Taco Bell in existence. I don't write reviews much, but when I do it's because it was exceptional or extremely horrible. This one is horrible.

Last night I was off work as usual (late) and wanted Taco Bell. This one in Walled Lake Closes at 12:00 on Weekdays (weird for a Taco Bell but OK, not my business). I showed up in line at 11:30, 25 mins later and 4 cars in front of me. Ordered 4 Beef tacos and was informed they were out of all beef (like a chicken place running out of chicken) but OK, so I was offered steak as an alternative (at a heavy markup of course) but OK, I still get Tacos. Then once I arrived at the window (and my credit card was run) I was informed they don't have enough steak to make 4 tacos. Was asked if i wanted chicken on less tacos. NO! so I (politely) asked for them to cancel the order (after my credit card was run mind you). It was like I was Annoying them. My credit card was refunded and literally thrown back at me with the window slammed shut. Hence My review.

A few weeks ago, I was in line at 11:30, waited a half hour to the window (4 cars in front of me) reached the order station at 12ish and was "informed" the system was down and they were closed for the night, lights shut off and that was it.

Taco Bell is a great no brain product that is generally awesome. Please sell this franchise to a different owner who can make this work. I have lived in Walled Lake most of my life and we have wanted a Taco Bell since I was a teenager. I will go 10 miles out of my way for Taco Bell in the future until new ownership takes over. You...

Was very dissatisfied I have been to this location 2 times now and the first time I left feedback to corporate and never got even as much as a apology!!!!! Then I try to go again and all I ordered was a 5 dollar crave box and they dident even have my usual drink Baja blast!!!!! When I get my BOX MEAL it is thrown in a bag I asked to up charge my hard taco to a Doritos lacos And dident even get that after I explained that I would pay the upcharge!!! My burrito was smashed chips smashed all over the bag and to not even get a full cup of cheese I maybe got 1/4 of the regular amount!!!!! This is ridiculous you are there to do a job and it is expected to be done right every time!!!!! And on top of all of this I waited in line for ten min with no one else in drive thru for a box meal this is unacceptable!!!! I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to not visit this location because they can not do there jobs right and don't even do anything to fix there mistakes!!!!!! And for corporate to not even answer my emails or a person in management to not even acknowledge there mistakes is uncalled for maybe you should stop having fun and do your jobs!!!!!! I have worked at a Taco Bell before and we never had wait times any longer then 3 min and even that is unacceptable there is no reason 4 items should take 10 min what makes it take this long has...

Old location. About 20 cars in line when I arrived. Made it to 3rd in line to the window in about 25 minutes, waited another three total minutes and did move. Ended up leaving, when doing so I looked back and didn't see any employees inside the drive thru window nor front windows. Young man on the speaker needs to figure out his customer service voice as well. It's only a taco bell but I'll never be back nor should others who wish to have nice restaurants in the area. Let's force these fast food chains out.

Update in this review as its been 2 years and this now a new location.

New: 8 pm on a Sunday and you're out of beef. Now I guarantee you haven't had enough customers today to run out of beef and it just the employees lacking on their job. New location to take up more space and have shit service and product. These kids need some sort of wake up call on responsibility. How does Taco bell continue to find the worst team members yet the other local joints have initiative taking employees? Hopefully they read this and realize they suck and do...
