So after my experience with this company I've decided that it's important for others to understand just how great of customer service they provide. I am a former corporate company (I won't say who) customer who wasn't even going to try this place because I've heard negative rumors but I got drawn in by their amazing prizes and deals and I'm so thankful I did. Today was my 3rd trip back and even tho there were computer errors that lead to me coming to pick up my order after receiving the message it was ready and showing up just to be told the flower I ordered wasn't even available yet and to come back in a hour or 2 and call to make sure my order was truly ready as I live 30 minutes away. Which I did and was told to come on down and pick it up but after getting there for the 2nd time I found out that the error was bigger than they thought and the price was wrong as well I was bummed on an already bad day where I was coming here to treat myself since I received such bad news today I was understandably upset hour drive back and forth 2 times and I couldn't get what I was told was ready. You think I would leave upset and most companies would have let me leave and just not give it a second thought. This amazing woman who helped me did everything she could to make sure I was happy with my trip even tho it was a computer error and out of her control or anyones really she went above and beyond what any employee at any establishment has to do and I am so thankful. It wasn't about the prices or deals ( which again are amazing) it was about her putting in the effort to genuinely care about me and care about how satisfied I was with my experience with her . I've been coming to your spot for two years (since I moved back from Vegas). I always place my orders online, and have spent thousands over that time. That said... I live in Clarkston. I drive 40 minutes to buy from YOU because of that allegiance. Today was the THIRD TIME in the last few months, that I placed an order hours before arriving, and still was expected to wait through a twenty-person line to get my order. Or, I can sit in your parking lot for 30 minutes for my "curbside" order. For online orders, I expect a quick turnaround. Your store apparently no longer offers that service. Your prices have always been 20-30% higher on the same products than your competitors. They still are. However, EVERY other dispensary in SE Michigan is CHEAPER and FASTER. That should be embarrassing, since you were one of the FIRST. Today, I placed an order online, drove 40 minutes to your store, and I walked out of your location empty handed AGAIN, because there was a line out the door. I left your place, drove to Lake Orion to LIV, and from the time I pulled up, to the time I drove away with my merch, was exactly 3 minutes and 41 seconds. I know, because I timed it. You have lost ME as a customer. I will never make that trip again. If you're charging premium prices, you BETTER provide better service. Read moreEXPENSIVE!!!!!! I haven't paid these prices since I was an 18 year old kid being taken advantage of in the hood. They have Greenhouse vs Corporate Weed all over the place which I can respect to a certain point. But when corporate weed a mile down the road has the same exact product for less than half the price, it's hard to support "small" business. Especially when you know the owner of the greenhouse has plenty of $$$$. They're definitely targeting the people with money on the lake and not the 10,000+ apartment dwellers that live within a couple miles of them.
I've also started weighing my weed after getting home and have been shorted a gram or two multiple times. Of course it hasn't once been over. If you're going to charge the highest prices in the area, at least be fair to your customers.
I'll also add their online ordering system is broken. Half the time I don't get an "order ready for pickup" text like you're supposed to. So I end up waiting 6 hours and driving up there anyway. Then half of those times they don't have my order even though I received a confirmation email. Their budtenders are very hit or miss. You'll either get someone super friendly or someone who acts like theyd rather be literally anywhere else.
After spending thousands here in the past year, I won't be going back. Loyalty is a two way street. This is the only dispensary out of 10+ Ive been to that doesn't offer any rewards to customers who overspend on their products.
