If you know exactly what hairstyle you want to have and you are not planning to request any bit of deviation or modifications of your request, Noel would be best for you - but not for me, unfortunately. She told me she would double charge me when I asked her to cut the hair a little more after she showed me how my hair looked with the mirror after she cut my hair. I did not ask her to change the hairstyle or not even cut the hair a lot . I just asked like, “Can you please cut here a little bit more?” and her immediate response was, “It will be double charge. I cut your hair as you requested. If you requested a chicken first and now you’re requesting a fish, you have to pay both chicken and fish.” I was stunned by her words because I did not mean to request a different hairstyle. I just didn’t know that shortening the length of the hair less than one inch would be so much of a big deal to her. I said forget it, paid and left. I will never go back to this salon again. But her skills are not bad at all. She doesn’t talk a lot and seemed sooo focused (very seriously focused) when cutting my hair. Oh one more thing. She didn’t like me to ask questions or to have conversations with her while she’s working on my hair because she wanted to stay focused, which I think is great. When I tried to communicate with her, she either pretended not to hear me or told me not to disturb her work. During my last visit, I requested a balayage color in a milk-tea tone along with a haircut, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Despite it being over a month since my visit, the color still looks fantastic, and styling my hair has been a breeze thanks to the great cut.
