Juanito's Pizza Express in is a true haven for enthusiasts seeking the perfect slice locally or while passing through town. As a born-and-raised New Yorker, I believe pizza is the quintessential food of the people, and Juanito's delivers on that promise with their flavorful and fresh creations.

This was our first time here and we have absolutely found a new local pizza spot; Juanito himself even came out and spoke with my daughter and I to keep us company as the pizza cooked.

We popped into Juanito’s during the Wallingford food crawl, and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think much of this place being that it’s kind of consumed in the middle of traffic and train tracks but when my first impression is wrong then I have no problem admitting so.

They were serving some of their pizza, chicken, franchese, and pasta and every single thing was amazing. That pizza was so so good. I’d drive all the way down to Wallingford to try it every day. It definitely reminds me of Jersey pizza but even better. And we all know CT has an amazing pizza game but in recent memory, I would put Juanitos on the map. Cannot wait to try them again and continue exploring their menu.

You cannot go wrong with the food here and the portions. Been getting the grilled chicken wrap lately and it is huge compared to what you get at other places around town. But you probably want to know about the pizza here, I get that too and it is not bad if you like your pizza on the thinner side but you cannot go wrong with the price and delivery is free when available (sometimes he is the only guy there) so more available in the evenings than after noon times. But I recommend you look into more than just the pizza. Also find the pictures of the menu because the site does not come close to showing...
