The hours list the place opening at 5AM.

However, there have been multiple times when I arrive around 5:30AM and either the staff is just getting there or non of the bagels are ready yet. The exception is Edwin who is ALWAYS there on time and has bagels ready to go at 5AM

If the business is set to open at 5AM don't you think bagels should be ready by then? Myself, along with other customers have been turned away because the bagels just aren't there.

Certainly a way to lose business and have your customers go to Dunkin next door to get their food.

Shame, as I really do like the bagels here - just annoying for the early risers that want a yummy bagel and aren't...

Tried this place for the first time. I’ve always seen people go in and out so I figured I’d try it. I got a BEC with SPK on an Asiago bagel. The bagel was your average run of the mill bagel nothing special but good. What caught my eye was the vibe/energy. Its a very big place for a bagel shop but quiet. I also didn’t quite get a warm feeling from the staff. I noticed they were inspecting my bagel before hand and talking low for whatever reason and cut off certain parts. Mold? Im not sure. I made sure to check my bagel before leaving, but didn’t notice anything, so I hope it wasn’t mold and that they would’ve been...

I was disappointed because in New Jersey a bagel with egg taylor ham and cheese should be cooked the correct way .The eggs should never be scrambled unless a customer asks for that. The eggs yolk is orange not cooked all the way so the egg yolk runs onto the bagel and this is the New Jersey way a bagel egg sandwich should be made .Other than that service was great and place inside very big but sandwich I give 2 stars .The other issue I had was the taylor ham was not cooked crispy and it was soft and no taste . I have never had taylor ham with so little taste in my life usually i say its salty but this case was blah...
