The place opened up here in walpole a few weeks ago and a friend said she saw a photo from another friend on Instagram and wanted to try this place out. Well I drove by last week on Saturday around 1pm and the line was so long there were people waiting outside to get into the store.
I can't wait in lines so I drove away right away. Well today I went there at 6pm on a Sunday at picking up some hotdogs to eat at home, and no one was in line, so I said in going in to check this place out. First off the people at the cashier were really nice. They asked if we have ever been to a duck donuts and since we hadn't they explained how it works. You can either choose one of the several premade options or choose ones made to order. Well at first I thought we would probably get half a dozen, but my wife saw that their signature collection had 12 so we ordered that. They have several more premade collections. They took about 10 minutes to prepare the donuts and the box was hot so the donuts were made fresh and you could feel it and later smell it on the car
It was hard to wait to eat our dinner first before we tried any donuts because they smelled amazing but we managed. We tried a quarter of each of the 12 donuts and all were amazing and I would get any of them again except the peanut butter one. Not that that one was bad, it's just that the others were so good I felt it paled in comparison.
They also told us that you can order from their website online and just go in and pick up your donuts and they gave us a brochure which shows All their options. Well I will be going there often with ordering from online and picking up the order and even looking forward to trying their...

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the sweet aroma of fresh dough and the friendliest staff this side of the donut universe. Watching my donuts being made right in front of me—hot, fluffy, and dripping with my choice of glazes and toppings—felt like front-row seats to a dessert symphony.
I tried the maple bacon (salty-sweet perfection), the classic powdered sugar (pillowy nostalgia), and a build-your-own masterpiece that looked like edible art. Each bite was a warm hug for my tastebuds. And let’s talk about the staff: they’re not just making donuts, they’re building happiness, one box at a time.
The vibe? Pure joy. Rubber ducks everywhere, smiles all around, and a contagious energy that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left.

Very cute place. The environment was very bright and clean, and I appreciate the ability to order from the touch pad. I had heard about Duck Donuts from my parents who visited when they opened, and going for myself was a great experience.
The donut came out about 2 minutes after I ordered it, there were around 4 or 5 other customers at the same time as me but I only saw one person making the donuts, so to me it was quick. When my order was ready, they called me up and presented the box to me open, and when I confirmed it was correct the gentleman sealed the box.
The donut and its toppings were warm. I got the blueberry pancake flavor. The flavors were delicious and it wasn’t overly sweet, even though the donut looked like it would be. I’m overall very happy with my experience and will most likely be returning. My only recommendation would be to extend the hours, as they close at 5pm almost every day at the time I’m writing...
