I don’t normally write reviews so if I do it’s because not only did I have a bad experience but because I feel as though I was done a disservice, so here it goes: I’ve been here twice, terrible experiences both times, can’t wait for the one to open up route 1 in foxboro so I don’t have to go to this one anymore, and it just opened!!! First time, I arrived around 10-15 minutes before they transitioned the menu from breakfast to lunch, I wanted lunch I asked at the drive thru if I could order off the lunch menu they said yes but it may take a few extra minutes for the items, I said ok what’s a few extra minutes because 10 minutes I’m ok with, 20 I’m not, they said 10 minutes, well 20 minutes later still didn’t have my food and had to grab the kid working there and ask what was going on, it legitimately took 30 minutes. After all that they gave me undercooked waffle fries you had 30 minutes you couldn’t fully cook the waffle fries? Second time, I pulled into an empty drive thru, no other car in the ordering line, nobody ever came over the intercom, finally another car pulled into the other lane, they got their order taken before me, finally got greeted and when I said I just sat here for 5 minutes and then you took that other cars order before me the response I got was that the person on the headset was preoccupied with something. Are you serious!? Preoccupied? Doing what? All this could honestly be overlooked if the food was good but for the second time I was served waffle fries that were cold and waaayyy undercooked, undercooked to the point that I felt like I was biting into a raw potato. They immediately went into the air fryer when I got them home, which is exactly what you should have to do right? WRONG. I did drive thru I’m not driving all the way back over waffle fries but shame on you chick fil a. Usually love chick fil a but this location is terrible, I’ll go to any chick fil a but this one from now on this place is a joke and you guys should be ashamed for not upholding the quality and standards of the...
Read moreI’ve been coming here once or twice every 2 weeks since the grand opening. There has only been 2 or 3 times where they didn’t forget any part of my order. I figured it was just because it is a new store and they are busy, but nope it still happens. They are forgetful. But whatever, they are good with fixing your order so it’s no big deal.
My most recent experience was terrible. I went to this wretched place on my break from work to get lunch and a drink for my boss. Right away, I tell the guy taking my order that I am paying with two different cards (I can’t afford to put my boss’s expensive $5 drink on my own card I am unstable), and I said I could do two separate orders if that makes it easier for you. He gives me a blank stare and ignores me. I tell him again, and he doesn’t seem to acknowledge what I’m telling him. He asks for my order, and I tell him again that I’m paying for this drink separately from everything else in the order, and he still doesn’t say anything. Once it was time to pay and I told him again for the fourth time that I’m paying with two different credit cards he acts all surprised and is annoyed that he has to start the order over. He gave me a little bit of attitude and a dirty look. I told him that I wasn’t trying to make your job any harder that’s why I tried telling you 40 different times about how I wanted to pay.
It’s worth driving the extra 15 minutes to go to the Dedham chicfila/ Popeyes or KFC in Stoughton. It is disappointing as we were once all excited for this long...
Read moreFirst time at this Chick Fil A location and it was a terrible experience. The drive thru team, through sheer negligence and carelessness, spilled an entire large Diet Coke into my car. I’ve been to the nearby Dedham location many times without such a headache.
I ordered a standard combo meal at the speaker, and when I pull up to the drive thru door, the only person paying attention was a friendly young man. There were 2-3 ladies standing in the back, clearly slacking off, blabbering loudly and obnoxiously about an ex boyfriend or something. The drive thru attendant hands me a large Diet Coke, but the cup was split, so immediately the lid comes off and it spills right into my less than one year old car.
I could let an honest mistake slide—if the drink just slipped out of his hand, I would understand that mistakes happen. However, in this instance, the careless workers that filled up the drink should have noticed the cup was split and this should not have happened. It makes it so much worse that even before the drink was spilled, I noticed how negligent and obnoxious the workers were being, having loud random conversations and not paying attention.
I called the manager, and to her credit, she was understanding and did her best. She took my info and I will be awaiting a call from the owner in the coming days.
I hope they get their act together, because based off my experience and the other reviews, this location is not off to a great start. Very...
