I called Friday to make an appointment for the next coming days. I was hoping for Monday but was thankful that the person on the phone said I could come Sunday at 11. I came into the shop, freshly washed and blow dryed hair in prep for 10 braids straight to the back. There were quite a few customers in there with what appeared to be 1 woman making her rounds between them all. That should've been my first red flag. An hour later, after waiting, having no one check in with me and seeing one customer leave completed hair and one taken before me who came after me I had to leave cause of a work call in. Then a gentleman rushes out as I'm sitting in my car talking to my job to Inquire about the walk out. Way too late. How you gonna have someone sitting in your shop for over an hour obviously waiting for hair services and then when they have to leave approach them? It was then explained to me that the woman who was supposed to do my hair didn't show up. Well that's great. Customer service isn't their strongest quality obviously.
