I called Friday to make an appointment for the next coming days. I was hoping for Monday but was thankful that the person on the phone said I could come Sunday at 11. I came into the shop, freshly washed and blow dryed hair in prep for 10 braids straight to the back. There were quite a few customers in there with what appeared to be 1 woman making her rounds between them all. That should've been my first red flag. An hour later, after waiting, having no one check in with me and seeing one customer leave completed hair and one taken before me who came after me I had to leave cause of a work call in. Then a gentleman rushes out as I'm sitting in my car talking to my job to Inquire about the walk out. Way too late. How you gonna have someone sitting in your shop for over an hour obviously waiting for hair services and then when they have to leave approach them? It was then explained to me that the woman who was supposed to do my hair didn't show up. Well that's great. Customer service isn't their strongest quality obviously. She is very rude and has no respect for her clients or their time. This is the second time she has been rude to my wife. For the first time, my wife booked an appointment online and texted her to confirm it and her reply was that she should not text her because she got a confirmation email. This second time, my wife booked a protein treatment she recommended to her after first appointment but got no confirmation email or text so she texted her today and her reply was that she has canceled the appointment because she can’t only book protein treatment since it is an add-on service but her website does not specify that.
