I think I'm pretty down on this place. We've gone here several times over the last few years but I don't see a reason to return. The ice cream is quite good, but it's just Richardson's which you can get at any number of local Massachusetts ice cream shops. Their prices are getting a little crazy ($2.50 for a Joy brand waffle cone). The service is always a bit slow as well, they had one person working front and back, so it took forever to get through some of the orders even though the line was short. So this place I’ve seen for the last yr due to being new in community . I never been because Covid had a lot of businesses down ! Today I tried this place and can I say I never in my life had such sweet and kind customer service . The young lady was so so nice and listen to how my son wanted his ice cream ! She got hot fudge on my cup and took the time to wipe it off and apologized for a mistake . She was young but I can say her mannerisms speaks volumes .
