This was my worst experience at a Bojangles ever! We stopped to use the restroom and to grab lunch to-go as we were traveling back home from our vacation. After view of the restrooms, with no toilet paper and the nastiness of a gas station restroom, our family decided it was best for us to use restrooms elsewhere. We waited along with a crowd of irritated people in front of us, sweating and shooing flies away. One customer in front of us had ordered a bottle of water with her meal, only to be informed after her food was ready that they had ran out of bottled waters…another customer left without receiving their order or even asking for a refund. Our family waited in line for 45mins to get our food. It appeared that the manager was the only person filling the orders, one at a time. She was dripping with sweat from her efforts.😥 After the box was ready she was the one who called out the numbers for customers to retrieve their completed orders. She was also the one dealing with customers whose orders were incorrect. This was one of the reasons it took so long. No customers, even though it was obvious they were irritated acted out- as far ans I could tell, everyone could tell the manager was trying her best.
After returning to our vehicle with our bagged order, we discovered burnt fries, not just burnt, but black burnt and an extremely dry Booberry biscuit that crumbled to pieces. Our chicken tenders were definitely cooked too long, but they were edible.
Thankfully, the manager and employees weren’t rude. It truly seemed as if this Bojangles isn't managed well, as it didn’t appear to be a team effort with all hands on deck. Maybe their issue is because the employees and managers lack efficient training. I don’t know, all I do know is- what we experienced in Walterboro, SC is not normal for Bojangles restaurants. If the Bojangles in my hometown were ran like this one, it would be closed down. Our residents would not support it.

Read moreThis is the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. I am on the way back back up north coming from Florida. My buddy and I stopped in hoping for a quick restroom and food stop. This was not it. The men's restroom smelled bad and was dirty. It was also out of soap. After using the restroom I went to order and had to wait about 5-7 minutes to order as all the cashier's were in the women's restroom, I could hear them chatting and laughing. I could see the cooks in the back talking and they could see me waiting to order but didn't feel the need to take my order.
After ordering, I waited 10 minutes without receiving my order. Someone else ordered after me and got their order. After seeing this, I walked up to the counter to ask about it and it appeared that they had forgotten to make my order. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make my order. My buddy, who had ordered while I was in the restroom, was completely done eating by the time my order was done.
The dinning area was dirty with food crumbs and the trash cans were full with garbage. One of the employees kids was at the restaurant and was running around the dining area and behind the counter being very loud and making a racket.

Read moreAI service at drive-thru was outstanding! After getting to pickup window it was unbelievable events ahead. Had to change order from chicken nuggets /not available to chicken tenders. I used my card to pay the 40$ bill and received my 3 drinks and a bottle water. i was asked at 847 pm to pull ahead and wait for the food. After 13 minutes i was motioned back to the window and told that it would be another 10-15 minutes because they had no chicken or fries cooked and it was 9 pm. At this point i asked if they had any thing ready because i was not available to keep waiting. That is when i believe line cook with frozen bag of fries in hand and a manager also came to window. They said they could cook them and at this point i told them just subtract the cost of the 3 drinks and refund my money on the card. i handed my receipt for the refund. At this point the manager walked away from window. The line cook told me they could no longer give refunds because of codes removed he believe because of theft. At this time i told him i couldn't believe that was Bojangles policy.
40$ Dollars lost and memory made !!!! Please check your cameras if you don't believe the review. Also check to see if site is shutting down way before...
