Rent-A-Center — Local services in Walterboro

All most six months ago I went into Rental center and purchased a sofa Kelsea the manager told me I could get it for 50 percent off and the price taking the 50 percent off would be 800 dollars and can't remember the exact amount. Then she said the sofa their had been sold but she could gete one like it. I asked her if it would be the same price as the 800+ dollars that she quoted she said absolutely. My daughter was a witness to this . I called this month enquiring about how much more I owed she told me I had paid so far 600+ dollars and owed 1300 +more dollars. Then she started trying to back up from what she told me. I would like to speak to a head manager over her head. She made a mistake and won't stand up to it. You should not have to wait to get a simple item and then when that day actually gets here you'll still be waiting when the delivery is scheduled for morning and you have things to do. We schedule things for a reason. But yet this company will have you waiting unreasonably beyond the scheduled time. Unprofessional and ridiculous. Don't even respond to this review get your crap together. THE SCHEDULES ARE FOR A REASON, ABIDE BY THEM!!!!! POINT...

I've used Renta center for 25-30 years now..I love Renta center..i will not and have not rented from no one else..best place to get a stackable washer and dryer.. haven't been to the walterboro store but I'll be there real soon.. between now and next week to be exact..so I hope my experience is just as pleasurable as it has been...
