Subway — Restaurant in Walterboro

I am a Subway rewards member and eat at a Subway somewhere on average of 4 times a week. I like the fresh veggies and the friendly people at most locations.

This location is an exception. It was dirty and the veggies were tired looking. The tomatoes were sliced vertically so there was a stem end on each slice.

I wanted a rotisserie chicken salad. I like the chicken cold. I was told rudely that I had to have it heated because that's their instructions. A minor short argument occurred in which a senior employee told the arguing employee to give me what I wanted and then she told me not to come back if I got sick. I told her I eat cold rotissiree chicken at least once a week she toldmei didn't get it in her store. I agreed with that. I asked her if the chicken isn't refrigerated similar to the turkey and beef and if she warns others about getting sick. I got no response

Before I start this let me just say, I’ve seen so many videos lately of subway employees going crazy on customers, and never did I think it would happen to me, considering I’m really a nice and laid back person, i day please with every topping choice and consider myself at least somewhat pleasnt person. Unless apparently if you want just your bread toasted with the garlic sauce. I get the same exact sub, with the same exact everything almost twice a week down the road. It’s not a impossible task, just put the garlic sauce on it, and only toast the bread.... apparently the woman who was cashing people out thought it was the absolute worst thing in the world, started screaming and hollering and was eventually told me taken to the back where she was told to stay. To say I was embarrassed is the least, I honestly considered walking out considering there was store full of people and I was so embarrassed I all but had tears in my eyes. But one and last time...

OMG!! They were the worst for having stuff available. There were only two worker's , they were out of simple ingredients, no bread variety and to top this off They had no mayo. They were using the little packets! The call in orders were not done so when the person came in to get their orders were done right away and you were put on hold. The first employee complained constantly!!! The other was more professional and tried to make it a better experience. The first employee was complaining about not having product and about the line of people...I found that very uncomfortable and...
