Antojitos Cafe — Restaurant in Waltham

I was very hungry and very excite , as a Venezuelan to try the Restaurant. I walk in and right behind me somebody else. A lady at the counter looked at us and then looked back to whatever she was doing. I reach the counter all she did is face me with her back. didn't said a word. I looked my surrounding where two customer were eating on a table plus a guy eating right next to the lady on the counter. Since she keep giving me her back I walked out. I can't believe how someone in their business, see a customer walked in and don't even look or say good morning. You may have good food (I don't know), but service was the worst. I won't never will come in to this place. and whoever asked me about it, I will tell my story. I'm so disappointed. because is a business that belongs to someone from where I'm from but now a days ratting, customer service is all about. Hope you see this so you can fixed it. Good look! Let's just say pizza from a 7 Eleven store, which I bought recently, tasted more like pizza for frozen pizza, than Antojitos cafe's pizza. The pizza looked and tasted like cardboard, there were no cheese at all and you could actually count the five piece of pepperonie and how they were place. After a bite, I spitted it out immediatly and ended up returning to show it to them to let them be aware of their mistakes. They acted rude and offensive; if one can't take a critic, then you are in the wrong business. I know things are expensive nowadays, but we, the customers, are also doing our share as to pay more as well. I am just glad I didn't buy a whole pizza as they are very pricey , otherwise, I would ended up regretting it. If you need a good pizza, go to Alexander's in Lexington, you will...

This place is a small gem along Moody so you might miss it, but the food is delicious and staff are friendly! It's affordable for great food which is sometimes hard to find. Antojitos is a great small bites place with lots of flavors for pupusa, casamiento, breakfast plates and more! I am vegetarian so haven't had their meats, but the restaurant is always packed with regular customers whenever I stop by so I'd vouch to say their meats are favorites too :) Just remember to bring cash to pay- as they state clearly on their website and front door.
