We've gone here before and had great quality subs. On an unexpected warm day last week it was decided to grab some subs and give the oven the day off. Called in an order for pickup for 5 large subs. 3 of them were mostly the same with a few differences and the other 2 were different kinds then added a few bags of chips at pickup. Ready in about 10-15 minutes. Paid over $50 bucks! Wasn't expecting that price tag. But our biggest disappointment was when we got home! Got home to unwrap deliciousness only to find a lack in quality as well as the wrong ingredients. Our 3 large Italian subs were not Italian subs at all!! First of all they were loaded with Italian dressing (yuck!) followed by 2 pieces of cut ham, 2 pieces of salami, 2 pieces of American cheese (should of been provolone cheese) and 2 tomatoes (it should of had lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onions, black olives with a bit of salt & pepper and a little oil (sandwich oil) on it) on a sesame seed braided bun (toasted) as you can see theres a lot of missing ingredients. 2 were to be toasted and were not. The not toasted one was suppose to have everything and hots on it and there weren't any hots and was only made with what I described above, again missing a lot of ingredients. The large seafood sub with lettuce and tomatoes only had tomatoes on it. The large ham and american cheese with Xtra cheese a little salt & pepper and a little mayo, only had a couple pieces of ham, a little American cheese and the sub roll was hard as a rock, also missing ingredients. These were definitely not worth the amount of money I paid. Ended up cooking anyways because everyone was still hungry!! Hoping this was just a fluke and maybe a new person was the one who made our order. I'd say try them for yourselves because we have had more successful sandwiches...
Read moregreat food, ESPECIALLY their subs! My friend buys several of them at a time and eats them all week long for lunch and dinner. However, the last three Saturdays I went there with them, they were closed, even though they're posted as being open until 6pm on Saturday (on their store hours listed on their door as well as here on Google). This was disappointing for both of us...not only could they not get their weekly dose of Fulcinetti's but I wasted time and gas bringing them there. They have great food but they either need to stop closing early or change their store hours to accommodate the decline in customers on Saturday because they have not only missed out on selling 17-18 subs at $6 a pop, but if they continue this, we're going to have to find another place to go that has just as good food. We haven't found that yet but if we are left no other choice, I'm sure we will...
Read moreI dropped in at 7 p.m. on a Friday. Ham (prosciutto cotto) and provolone with everything, including hots. Prosciutto (crudo) and provolone with everything, no hots. Fulciniti's professional and friendly staff ackowledged and served me immediately.
The sandwiches were spot on. Properly shaven meats with fresh veggies and o&v served on -- drumroll, please -- perfect bread that proved soft, squishy and absorbed a little o&v flavor -- a delicious delivery method for carbs.
That's the recipe for success: Top products prepared with care.
