The food here is terrible . I've gone here three or four times in the past two years and every time there's an issue with the quality of food. I ordered a specialty pizza off their menu recently and when I received it, it didn't have the toppings that they claimed to have. Their "staten island" pizza is supposed to have Fried chicken, grated parmesan, marinara, provolone cheese, mozzarella, parsley, and drizzle of ranch dressing. It was a plain cheese pizza with a couple chunks of chicken, no parm, no provolone, no basil, no ranch. I contacted them and got no response. The sauce wasn't spread throughout the pizza as well more like a ring of sauce with barely any cheese and almost 2" crust. There are better options all over Waltham. This place is a HARD PASS!

•Has Parking lot side of building, could accommodate about 12 cars comfortably. •Friendly staff •Some precooked pizza slices available, but most of the food is made when ordered •To my knowledge, no public restrooms so keep that in mind before you arrive. •Check out the pictures for menu and pics of interior •I was very happy with their gluten free pizza. Staff seemed knowledgeable on the nutrition and allergy contents of each food item. I have celiac disease, so I will update on if I had a reaction. Part 2: •Little to no reaction from this pizza!

The food is so good! The pineapples are huge chunks. The pepperonis are ginormous. They are so generous with the toppings too. Definitely worth it. The pies are also pretty big. They barely fit in the passenger seat with me. The calzones are very cheesy too. There's some seating inside, but the vibes are a little weird, so I try to stick to pick up.

What a phenomenal discovery this place is! I rent a storage unit across the street and if I happen to be around at lunchtime I've popped by here a few times now. Boy am I glad this is the place that's there!

Sure, the environment itself is humble -- Minimal indoor seating, but with a small parking lot and a few tables set up outside. But the food is top notch! I tried a few slices of pizza first, of course, and first of all they're properly big. They're also delicious; Not too greasy, not too dry, not too thick nor thin -- Goldilocks! Another time, I tried the cheeseburger sub, and it was even better than the pizza (like one of the employees advised -- "Everything's good, but the pizza isn't even the best food here!"). Rich, juicy, excellent cheese, my only complaint is the bread was toasted but that's on me for not requesting it otherwise, nothing I can reasonably count against the folks here. My uncle tried a calzone once and it was MASSIVE -- The calzones here, only one size, can EASILY serve 2-3 people. They're not overstuffed rather truly stretched out; Each bite is reasonable, not overfilled like a damn taco. He's a hard man to impress but he liked the flavor. Finally, I also tried a brownie once, from the fride, and hoooo boy wherever they get them from if they don't make them themselves -- Keep doing what you're doing! Absolutely delicious. Crumbly, rich, and the base is chocolate bliss. I will warn you however, don't let the brownies' size deceive you -- The thing's a real bomb to the gut; It may look small but it can feed two people easily. For some folks a whole one in a single sitting may be a bit much. That's all the better though; More bang for your buck!

The staff is very friendly and sociable, too. There's an employee with rad hair and glasses that suit him very well, and another with a top-notch beard that's 10/10 -- Both have been nothing other than friendly and smiles each time I was there (and that's even considering I was a little rude my first visit... I didn't mean to be and I feel bad; I just didn't think my words through and they came across differently from how I meant).

Definitely give this place a shot if you're in the area and have a hankering for any of the many things on their menu! I'm looking forward to maybe trying some of the pasta dishes one of my...

FOUND A DEAD FLY IN MY SALAD 🤮 just got a garden salad from there and a large cheese pizza and I’m so nauseous I can barely write. Especially after reading that several people got sick from their salads! 🤢 After bringing the container with the dead fly to the manager he didn’t seem very concerned and kept telling me that the fly looks dry (not sure what that means? Does it make a difference if the fly is wet or dry?) I took the fly and squeezed it in the napkin and of course all it’s guts squirted into the napkin. (Not dry lol) What I find puzzling is that he didn’t even seem to care! All he kept saying is that’s the first time that it happened in 6 years! Yeah right! While their back door was wide open with no screen! A HEALTH ORDINANCE VIOLATION (An invitation for anything with wings to come right in!) needless to say, I will never go back! I hope that I do not get sick! Oh! by the way the managers idea of fixing the problem and getting repeat business is giving me $8 for the salad. Nice job...

Their service sucks here. I have been going to this place for years. Before it was NY pie. Ever since the new ownership has taken place every time I went in something was wrong with my order. The last time I went in , and I repeat LAST time I went in they screwed up my order, made the wrong size, then sold that pizza to someone else. I had to wait there for at least an hour in their shop for them to make my food. I understand things happen because but this was probably the fourth time in a row that something did. When I went to pay for the food the girl at the counter said to me "oh I didn't charge you for your soda" thanks for the $1.25 soda. That was it. I laughed and asked to speak to her manager. I told the manager my frustrations and all I got from him was " well we are trying our best" I told him his best isn't good enough and told him he's lost a loyal customer. Any time someone asks me where to get pizza I make it a point to tell them to avoid this place. If I could I would give...
