Just went through the drive thru, the service was great unfortunately that's where it ends. I was in a hurry had to do my father's grocery shopping before going to work so I stopped to get us both something to eat since I wouldn't have time to fix anything. I order was pulled forward because they had to wait on the chez sticks got the food (my fault for not checking...like I said I was in a hurry the 20 min drive home took 45 mins because of traffic) got home then started to lay out the food which should have been 4 reg roast beef and 2 chez sticks what we got was 2 mini sliders with chez and a cheddar beef neither of which either one of us can eat because the cheddar chez sauce makes us both sick with 2 chez sticks. So I called and by the managers response it was obvious they knew about the mistake and she was nice about it told me if I brought it back they'd replace it immediately (through rush hour traffic). I informed her that wasn't an option since I was already running late to which she replied if I have my receipt and come in within 7 days with it and give her name they will replace it. So they owned up to their mistake but to give me only a 7 day time limit is unreasonable I'm a busy person who doesn't have time to make a trip 20 to 40 mins out of my way when it's convenient for them to fix their mistakes. Smh most places either don't have a time limit or gives you 30 days. I'm not going to be out that way for at least 2 weeks so I either have to waste my gas and take time out of my busy schedule to go and pick it up within their time frame or I've just spent $23.00 on 2 6pc chez sticks. Not sure how that's good...

I visit this Arby's regularly, and it can be hit or miss on the accuracy of the roast beef orders. For some reason, they intermittently give me Beef & Cheddar sandwiches when I order regular roast beefs with red ranch sauce (used to be known as Super sauce when they had Super Roast Beefs). I hate onion buns and don't want cheddar sauce, so I can only eat the roast beef when that happens. Once reported, they seem to stop doing it for a while, then a few months will go by and they start it up again. Normally, we check our food before leaving, but sometimes we're in a hurry. The first time we complained, we were told it was a new employee who didn't know the menu. I have no idea about the other times. Today, my boyfriend went through the drive-thru to pick up an order, and he ended up with another beef & cheddar "mistake." He told them he ordered the #1, not a beef & cheddar with an onion bun, and guess what? They gave him ANOTHER beef & cheddar, which he didn't catch in time because he thought they cared enough to get it right the second time and he was running late. Obviously, the second time was deliberate, so who knows if some of the other times were, too? Incompetence or immaturity...take your pick.
We called to complain and will be getting another sandwich or our money back from the manager (Amber) tomorrow, but that doesn't fix the recurring problem. BOLO!

Read moreThis Arby's is terrible I put my door dash pick up order in 15 minutes before arriving, got to the windows show my order they then pull me up behind another customer to wait he pulled away about 5 minutes later after getting his food, I then pulled forward as instructed at the window, then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes while all the cars behind me were handled before they came out to give me my food. The bags were sealed as they should have been however they literally only packed half the food so upon arriving home to my family for dinner we start to unpack the bags and so my son and daughter didnt get their food at all! I personally only ordered this way because my knee is in a brace right now and im not supposed to be on it to much. That makes this that much worse cause now I have to go back to the store to get the food which is 20 minutes away so cold food for me and nothing for my kids till I get back home if there were a way to leave negative stars I would this Arby's needs a serious overhaul and thats sad to say because its the newest Arby's in Northern Kentucky and youd think they don't have an adult working there period. Hopefully they turn things around but I won't be going back...
