This place is usually fairly nice to visit, the employees are generally great. However, I went through the drive through this morning, as they are the only thing open right now. I had gotten up to the pay window, I literally had ordered only a coke, I misplaced my debit card. So I’m searching, searching, searching.. and the nice employee says, “Don’t worry about it, I got it.” I say, “Thank you.” Well, I pull up to the next window.. and I’m assuming it was a manager just based off her shirt being different. It was a blonde lady.. and she treated me terrible for not having that dollar for the drink that I thought was taken care of. I just assumed that the employee was nice and took it out of her own pocket. I’ve done that before for people. She said, “I cannot just give this to you for free”.. She had a nasty tone to her and had a grandiose attitude. I said, “lady, I was trying to pay for it, but could not find my card just a second ago. I wasn’t just trying to get it for free.. I just needed a minute.” She just made me feel about an inch tall. I couldn’t imagine being so petty over a dollar. I come through there about everyday, but won’t be anymore. I understand my part in this, I should’ve had the card ready to begin with. I don’t understand what the big deal was if the lady did want to pay it forward and it pay out of her pocket for my coke. For the manager, you shouldn’t treat people like that because you do not know what the other person may be going through. Have some HUMANITY especially in a time where we are going through so much in America with the COVID-19 and we all...

Read moreThis location is the closest to me, but there always seems to be an issue with my sandwiches or missing items. Today, I had the worst experience ever. I ordered through the drive-thru, and the girls who took my order were nice. However, the person who bagged my order forgot the sauces for my nuggets.
The girl at the first window asked if I wanted my receipt, which I declined. I drove around and pulled over to check my order since I had special requests for my sandwiches. That’s when I realized the sauces were missing. I went inside and asked the older lady at the front, who was taking orders, if I could please have my three sauces for the five-dollar meal I purchased. She looked at me and turned her head away, pretending she didn't hear.
When I repeated my request, she responded with a dismissive attitude, asking, "Did you even buy nuggets?" I shouldn't have to waste my time going back inside to ask for what I ordered at the speaker.
Employees should remember that if they're unhappy with their job, they might consider staying home to avoid disappointing customers. With all due respect, this lady needs retraining to understand what customer service is about. My visit to the drive-thru was at 2:01 PM, and my order receipt number was 1208.
I’m not asking for anything extraordinary, just fairness in retraining employees on how to treat customers. After all, it is our purchases that help them...
