Starbucks — Restaurant in Walton

BEWARE AND STAY AWAY !!

Embarrassed to no end at this store. Pulled to drive thru to order a tea. 2 minutes at closing would not serve after speaking on the system with associate. Pulled to parking space and attempted to speak to a manager over the phone was given incorrect contact information. While finding corporate customer care and working with a great customer care agent, I was approached by local deputy police officer called by store employee and store had asked to have me trespassed and officer informed me I can never come back to that location or I would be arrested. Starbucks corporate person heard entire conversation and added that to my initial concern of such poor and now embarrassing treatment by Starbucks!!

Waiting to see if Starbucks does the right thing here and removes this trespass that has been placed!

just waited 30 minutes for a pink drink.... called 3 times to complain but nobody answered (with hardly anyone in line....) here's a word of advice for the current manager on duty, put out the drinks in the order that they were received. i probably won't be back here considering someone who showed up AFTER me received a frappe BEFORE me. which was just annoying considering i waited thirty minutes for a pink drink i placed purposely early so it would be done when i arrived. would rather have went into starbucks at kroger across the street if i was gonna be an additional 30 minutes could've got some groceries with it... damn. and the madeline's i got...

The people that work here are always so nice. Even when they’re busy they give great customer service which honestly really impacts people’s mood especially if that’s the way they’re starting their day. Might seem small but they’re making a difference. With so much hate in the world, it’s nice to see people being kind. Especially to strangers. They gave my little girl a free cake pop because I forgot to add it on when I ordered and they did it with a smile. Hope someone who cares gives them some praise because these ladies deserve it. 🩷 btw my drink was a chai frappe with extra base extra chai and double blended and they always make...
