Wendy's — Restaurant in Walton

Lemme just say this, straight up avoid this place or at least the drive thru! Ive been here 3 times since they've opened and 1 was for a doordash so I go up to the window and tell them the name of the order and the lady was very rude and told us to wait a minute 3 times and said it wasn't ready still and to pull over to the side and theyll bring it out well 15 minutes went by and they never brought it out I had to go inside to grab it and when I did they gave me a dirty look and sighed, then yesterday I went through the drive thru and there were 2 females and I had tap to pay on my phone I gave them my phone and they closed the window and was giving me dirty look and then opened the window and said here its not working and was laughing and I was like well I have my actual card here and they just looked at me and snatched it.... Idk I dont appreciate that and if your gonna get mad about doing your job and having to give out food well you probably shouldn't be working in fast food or they need taken out of drive thru window and put in the back but it was ridiculous and plus they just threw my burger in there not even all the way wrapped up and there was hair all in my fries. They took my order correctly because I double checked at the window. Then we had to pullover and wait and I have two hungry kids in the car. Well people came and went and our order never came out. I wanted to get a refund and leave but granddaughter wanted her Wendy's burger. I hailed down a worker and asked to speak to a manager because I'm pissed at this point. They found our food and brought it out and they got the kids burgers totally wrong. Single plain with cheese was single deluxe, Jr plain burger had cheese on it. Ugh. This location has always been top-notch, but this past visit left me wondering how they could sell such terrible food to anyone who would come here to eat. On this occasion, I was out later than usual, so I decided to get take out, ordered 2 biggie bags, both double stacks, employees were nice friendly and quick service as I come to expect but after getting home which is only a short distance I unpacked the meals to find the fries were already cold and the meat on the sandwiches was dried out just short of being leather and unediable unless you prefer meat that way, the only food that we were able to eat was the nuggets.
