Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wanaque

Horrible horrible absolutely terrible location. It's dirty, it's messy, they're unprofessional and way too slow. They don't care about the customer or the product. Really it's absolutely not worth it to stop here under any circumstances. I was there yesterday (may 15 2022) and the lady with with the thin hair and very bad teeth as well as the short man with the big beard-neither of them were wearing gloves while handling coffee filters and dealing with money. Extremely unsanitary. They're both yelling at a customer to the point the customer called the police. Apparently the customer complained their coffee was too sweet and they did not appreciate that at all. By the time I got to the front of the line they had ran out of coffee and I ran out of time (on my way to work) so I left. I went back today in hopes of a better experience and to my surprise it was just just as bad. Theres two kids "working" - if you could even call it that- and you would think they're in 2 feet of mud back there the way they're dragging their feet. However, This time I got coffee. Room temp. And a stale flavorless coffee roll. Wasted my money as they both were thrown away. I avoided this location for almost 6 months. After which I was hoping for a change for the better, which did not happen. Hopefully this location closes soon or gets bought out because it's a prime location-right off the highway-but they desperately need new...

I stopped going to this DD a year or two ago. I now drive past it to go to the one a town or two over, despite living just a few blocks away from this one.

My order was wrong SO MANY TIMES. The final straw was when I ordered an espresso shot with my coffee via online order, I was told they were out of espresso when I arrived but could not easily refund me due to their system, I was then told to remind the manager next time I came in and they would honor my purchase. Surprise surprise, next time I came in they wouldn’t honor the purchase.

That’s the last time I went there. My wife called to complain and they offered a free order. I don’t care. Too many mistakes too many times, and stealing my money, even if it was only about a dollar, is unbelievable and unacceptable. Im still mad about it over a year later.

Moral of the story - avoid this location and go to the one a town or two over. This DD doesn’t deserve your business. Hopefully they will go out of business soon and a reputable business can...

Every time I stop in on Sunday morning around 5:30 -5:45 it seems these 2 men who work there are very unpleasant and not kind at all and it makes me very uncomfortable to get coffee here !! Plus when you ask for flavor coffee and they seem to not put enough syrup in they try to pawn it off, and they get attitude when I ask for more! The one guy is older and the other guy is a little younger . The younger guy gave me a attitude when he gave me back my refill cup to top it off . So if I see these to men here next time I will walk out and take business somewhere else!!!

Everyone in here is always so nice except these 2 men!! If there not happy why should they make me uncomfortable to get coffee. Shame on me for even getting the coffee from them. One more thing, they should just quit if they're not Happy! I hope management talks to these 2 workers and reads my review! I will probably call Dunkin up and speak to...
