I'm impressed by the level of consistency between the Jersey Mike's locations I've visited across the country. I've never had a bad experience. Staff seems well-organized and courteous, the food is consistently good, and the locations are all clean. I hope the company can keep it up. Just stopped in this location as I was driving down the highway. The strip mall it's found in isn't the most fantastic but the sub shop is great.

Can't read and understand what people ordered and don't respect customer request when I ask for no peppers and onions and I get my sandwich and there on there...thanks for destroying my lunch you all should be fired shameful ..should hire people that know how to read and understand English!!!! Lat time i will ever oder from there ...stay far away from this place !!!!

Update- CLEAN THE BATHROOM. As many people think, the bathroom can be a reflection of the cleanliness of places you cannot see as a customer as well. This bathroom is absolutely disgusting. The sink is dirty. , There's pee all over the floor and on the toilet that's been there for a very long time. This is just gross. I know the staff are teenagers but they're like deer in headlights when you talk to them. I feel pretty confident that my sandwich maker was high.

Out of all the JM, this is my favorite. The guys there are so nice, fun and have a great vibe. I went there the other day and was waiting behind a big order. They made me so happy with the jovial nature and helped me as soon as possible. Those guys made my night after a long day. Great job with this staff JM! Excellent experience...

They are totally fraudulent scammers. DO NOT GO HERE OR ORDER HERE THEOUGH THE APP !!!! I ordered through the Jersey Mike's app at 5:19pm I called them at 7:20pm and they said that they had not even started making my sandwich 2 hours after I ordered it. I decided to give them another 30 minutes. Then when I tried to call to cancel the order (the only way to cancel an order placed in the app) they did not answer repeated phone calls making it impossible for me to cancel my order. DO NOT GET SCAMMED they are crooks and steal your money and do not send you food and then they do not answer the phone !!! They delivered my sandwich at 8:57pm 3 hours and 38 minutes after I ordered it !!! Who wants dinner at...

I ordered a #8 Club Sub with no onions, I picked up the sandwich and drove home, it's then I realize it had no mayo, turkey or Bacon and it had onions. I drive back and let the kid know that I must have the wrong sandwich, he inspects it like I'm trying to get away with something and then tells me to get back in line ( behind several people) and re - order the sandwich. I do and once again they leave out the bacon and mayo, I let them know right away before they wrap it that once again it's not right ( the bacon and mayo are what make it a club sub! ) They fix it and hand it to me like I'm the problem, no consideration , no simple apology and no longer...
