They need to reduce their delivery times. Delivery was an hour and 15 minutes. Pizza was cold and dry. This isn't the first time this happened. I dont like giving bad reviews however its time they know they need to make some changes.

Missed the location in cridersville, was going to wapak pool , ordered something it was wrong : I had picked it up, when I called they were nice and replaced n delivered replacement::: Great customer service !!!!!!!

I ordered a steak sub and I requested only onions and mushrooms.i ordered this on new years eve .I went to eat it this morning and much to my surprise it had lettuce and mayo and tomato on it .I called them and told them I requested onions and mushrooms only they said bring it up so I did A girl took it in the kitchen and a different girl came out and told me that the other stuff on the sub comes with it She asked if I requested to not have the standard stuff on there .I said I told them onions and mushrooms only .that's me clarifying only mushrooms and onions she tells me I have to request not to have the other stuff on it I said I did But then she began to argue with me so I told her we will not be spending any more money there then she offers to replace it This place went to hell since it is not toot n tell Go if ya want make sure you look at the menu or you will not be getting what you ordered and be sure to tell these uneducated people what you don't want on it...

I'm from out of town. I ordered a bunch of stuff including mac and cheese bites and 1 lbs of bone in breaded wings. I didnt get my mac and cheese bites and the sent boneless wings. When we called. They were very nasty to my friend that I was visiting and then she asked for the owner Josh Schoolcraft, he was even more nasty to her. Apparently they dont sell wings bone in by the lbs. And whoever took our order didnt tell us that and gave us 2 orders of mini tacos instead of our mac and cheese bites. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I WILL NEVER IRDER FROM THERE AGAIN! NO REASON TO TREAT US THAT WAY!!! I SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ALL THE FOOD BACK AND ASKED FOR MY...

I love that it is also a drive thru. I can get my lunch and whatever else I need, right there. I think that is great & saves a lot of time. The FOOD. Sooo good. I am working in this area now & I think I eat here entirely too much! The only problem I have with this place is deciding what to get. The Italian wrap might be my favorite. Love the taco salad and the philly too! I think they beat just about anyone in price around here and the meals...
