This place needs corporate to watch this place for a couple days because that place is straight bonkers and I have dealt with some pretty bad McDonald's. This one takes the cake.
It's late, we're hungry, we pull over to get a quick dinner for ourselves and the kids. We go through the drive-thru, pay and then we wait for what seems like an eternity.
When we get to the window to get our food, finally, the guy opens the window and asks us if we know what we ordered. Like what? I said yes, "Do you know what we ordered?" And he says no. What? I said maybe look at your screen, and I started rattling off the order we gave. He just closes the window then and never comes back. So this woman comes and asks if we ordered something that was not our order and we tell her no. She then asks if we ordered from an app and we tell her no we just went through the whole drive thru process and paid and the guy never even gave us the receipt but it was easy to pull up on the phone or they could go ask the guy we paid at the first window. We give her the total it came to as they seem to be looking through receipts. It was the most bizarre thing. And then the girl says she doesn't see a receipt with that exact total. What?
So we start to freak out at this point because it's late and we just want our food and to go home. And then another woman comes to the window and asks if we ordered a "bunch of fries and chicken nuggets?" I told her we ordered 2 chicken nugget meals large. One with a coke and another with a smoothie. We ordered another large fry, a double cheeseburger, small fry and a large sprite. She says okay. They give me 3 orders of fries, all large and hard as a rock. The two nuggets meals. A small smoothie and no sprite. We just wanted to get the hell out of there. It was lunacy. We took what they gave us instead of what we actually ordered. The food was old. The order was wrong and they didn't even know what our order was. That was the strangest encounter I ever had in a fast food drive thru.
Who takes an order, has the customer pay and then doesn't know the order? So damn bizarre and needs to be looked into.
Every time I order from Doordash this place sends the wrong orders or forgets some of the order. Now I know why and won't be giving business...

I ordered a fish filet meal not only is it expensive, but I received it cold and the fries were way over done and gross. I waited a long time to receive my food. The cashier was rude and when I asked for ketchup packets she threw them at me missing my bag and when I asked for tarter sauce I was told it would be a few minutes. They were serving the drive thru and the girl working the fries only did a fry order enough for one drive thru customer and not inside. They should of made more fries instead I had to wait longer which is uncalled for. I use to work for McDonald's and protcol is the Inside patrons get served first and I had to wait longer for my fries which in return were horrible. The customer service at this paticular McDonald's needs a lot of work. You would think people would have compassion for each other at a time like this. They are rude and they need to be trained on having customer service skills. The caring for their customers is literally out the drive thru window!

I've decided to give McDonald's another try even though I was very skeptical since my last visit years ago. Let me just say this, the only thing that has changed is the new construction inside.
It was just "another bad experience". I was the only one inside & the drive thru had no customers. They got my order completely wrong. The manager was on his laptop in the dining area with his mask below his face not covering his mouth & nose coughing away non stop.
They really need to shut the McDonald's down. Poor...

After sitting in the drive-through as a disabled person for over 15 minutes without the line budging, I decided to go inside and witnessed absolute chaos with the staff. I double checked with a woman in front of me to make sure that I was standing in the correct line. She said, good luck ordering because I’ve been standing here for 10 minutes and no one has even acknowledged me, yet. I asked someone who was running around if we were standing in the correct line to order our food. One woman came around the corner and said “you’ll have to be patient with us because I’m the only one working the register.” I would’ve had more sympathy for her, had I not overheard her swearing and dropping profanities and talking poorly about her customers who were standing right in front of her. The staff needs to remember at these types of locations with open kitchens, customers hear absolutely everything! The most disturbing part of my visit was when I was waiting for my chicken nuggets. I happened to witness the kitchen staff and noticed numerous young men sneezing and wiping their nose with their sleeve and their forearms, all while continuing to work with the SAME gloves on. No hand washing at all…... NASTY!!! As soon as I got my food I immediately threw it right in the trash. I would rather be out the money it cost me for my dinner then get sick. I’m sure this restaurant is in numerous health code violations. The franchise owner needs to be aware of this. Install cameras with sound and see for yourself. This was inexcusable.
