Five Guys — Restaurant in Warminster Township

My friend and I decided to get burgers and fries here last week for us and another co-worker, we ordered our three burgers and my one friend ordered a burger with one Patty, after we waited the man cooking asked him if he was sure he wanted one Patty when the girl behind the counter cut him off and said "Yes he's clearly a man who can't handle 2" the majority of the time I would laugh, but she wasn't funny, and my strong Catholic background stopped me from saying what I wanted, we then got our food with a mountain of fries on top and said, this is 3 burgers right (we couldn't check because of the fry mountain) which is fine but that's why we asked, they said, yes 3 burgers. We got back to work and there was only 2 burgers, my friend who was made fun of for not being able to handle 2 patties never got his (just because it's true and he's a little feminine doesn't make it right) anyway, I ate my burger because I was hungry but the buns were oddly wet and my order was wrong anyway as well as our other coworkers. I love 5 guys, ever since I gave up on life and just decided to eat burgers 5 guys has been my go too, but this was a black mark on my 5 guys career,...

By this time, almost every hamburger eating human, has heard of and eaten a 5 Guys burger. I'm sure that we would all say if asked, "how are the burgers at 5 Guys?" 'what? Did you just honestly ask me that my man?'. So the establishments, are the only differences, and this one is as it should be. Clean, never a shortage of peanuts, soda fountain area, always clean as well as stocked, napkins straws ketchup ect.... I've never had to even ask for anything. Lastly, in my mind the most important thing to help bring a customer back is, one of the trash cans sits right next to the only door in the place, and I've never seen it full with things hanging out of it. Our door dash delivery never arrived. We called the store, they assisted the best they could regarding a door dash situation (which is obviously out of their control) - and offered to remake our food for pick up. We did so - and when arrived to pick it up, they added complimentary drinks, milkshakes, and an extra fry. None of this was necessary as this wasn’t their boo boo, but it was incredibly appreciated and great to see this type of customer service. The first associate I spoke with was at a loss, as I would have been as well I’m sure, but she politely passed me to her manager (though I didn’t request to speak to one) and even she was a delight in attempts to resolve a confusing situation.
