I think I've left 2 bad google reviews in my life, I never complain. And I swear by wawa I'm a fanatic. They just redid this wawa but they failed miserably to fix the staff. Manager needs a new job too it's not for her. I hate to complain about anything - I'm doing my best to not name names. I had two starving children and a pregnant wife dying to eat. We arrived at 6:43pm and quickly ordered a pizza, kids meal, and quesadilla. Kids meal was called by itself , then minutes later quesadilla. No problem. Then pizza came 20 mins later- still not a major issue. But when we got to the car, the pizza (supposed to be half plain half sausage/mushroom) was an onion pizza. When I went in and explained the issue and that all other food would be cold by time of remake, they acted indifferent then took over 30 mins to remake the pizza. I don't know if it was out of spite. No refund, No offer of drink or anything, no apology. Nothing. After 27 mins into waiting on remake with kids crying in the car , I went to ask for refund for just the pizza and guy at the counter had no words, eventually said he would get the manager. Instead, they brought out my pizza like tht would solve the issue. A simple apology is the correct fix at minimum, but the arrogance, carelessness, indifference, spite, and unprofessionalism is like no other wawa I've been to, and I've been to literally over 40 different wawa. They are all great - this one is a nightmare and this was not my first bad experience here. I'll drive past this one every time to the next wawa, I can't give this place business and my account shows I give over 90% 5 star reviews I don't go for the low feedback unless the experience is that bad. Wawa, do better when the mistake is this aggregious, a simple gesture or even apology isn't too much to offer up. Terrible
Quick edit - I just read 4 straight 1 star reviews. Very accurate - staff is a joke and I honestly am not surprised for the low google review score. I never been to a worse wawa in my life and wawa not stepping in here is not a good look on an otherwise awesome franchise. Sad they wasted money to renovate this particular location bc this place is terrrrrrrible, plenty of other wawas very nearby, take the extra 3-5 minute drive and save the dissapointment. Would like a reimbursement for this garbage experience.
2nd edit - oh my god. Just got home - looking at the food slip we got it right - they screwed up BOTH the kids meal (0 sauce. Forgot the honey mustard for my daughter right on the slip), and quesedilla is WAY wrong, how high are the people making the food???? This is a terrible wawa.
Final edit - after this i called, manager was very apologetic and offered remake or refund. I will say that was a good gesture after that experience. It does soften the blow of a tough experience. Props to the man who answered the phone...
Read moreYesterday morning, I stopped in to grab something real quick and the old lady got the long white hair said to me, “come on hurry up!” There were other people in line and I didn’t even know it was my turn. She was extremely rude and that’s the last time I go to that Wawa! I actually don’t think the food is the worst and the atmosphere is pretty good, but I’ve heard people before I say that that woman was extremely rude and I’ve always said, “ She’s never rude to me.” Well yesterday she turned my good mood into a very bad mood and I’ll stop in Richboro,, for now on because of her! Someone take her aside please and let her know that she’s not splitting Adams. She’s ringing people up most of the time to be truthful she’s not even paying attention. You have to stand here like an idiot and wait until she gives you her attention. Maybe she’ll be better off not working with the public because I was very close to cursing right in her face! But I didn’t because I was raised better than that. So she is the reason why I will never guess that while ever again! Read moreEvery single time we visit this wawa there is an issue. Numerous times per week they are out of rolls for the chicken sandwich. Tonight tho… we ordered a turkey bowl and a Mac and cheese. While standing there waiting I observed the employee pull a new bag of Mac and cheese from the warmer that clearly had a hole in it. After debating back and forth they were going to attempt to serve me Mac and cheese with whatever water it cooks in included.. Disgusting. I stated I did not want that, and I was offered something else. I decided to get chili but asked for a little Rice in the cup. As he putting the rice in the cup it was so hard you could hear it clonking in the cup. I then told The employee I didn’t want that either and just got the chili. I’m not sure what has happened to this store since the remodel but it has gone completely downhill. The employees walk around in circles not actually doing anything, and the manager clearly has no clue what he is doing either. What a disappointment for such a well known and loved company.
