3 times in the last year I have used this store 1st via drive thru, 2nd call in and pickup, and 3rd dine in. I had previously eaten her prior to these occassion prior to the pandemic. Drive in was OK fairly quick as they make to order and was good. Called my order in for 20 piece combo wings 10 lemon pepper and 10 barbecue. Now I did send my son for pickup. On return home he had a 10 piece boneless, a hamburger, and a Philly steak no cheese sandwich all combos. What a mess up. He certainly should have known better and I do not know what happened at store but I know there were at least 2 unhappy people that night. Fries were awful I think there oil needed changing and I ate the meat off the Philly. Finally I went in to eat Friday afternoon at 2:00pm. No waiting 1 person in store when I arrive. Order 10 piece lemon pepper. The store initially looked nice walking in door then I turned and was confronted with overflowing store room boxes bags etc just not a great sight. Get to counter and there was probably a 5 minute wait to place order as counter staff had gone to kitchen as I walked in. It was at that point I almost walked out. The kitchen looked a mess. Cardboard boxes lying across floor. Fryers and griddles that needed cleaning to say the least old food and trash built up on floor around cooking area. Floor and kitchen needed a good scrub. Amazed they had an 81 on the certificate.. the food was not long coming and tasted ok. At least it was the correct order. The tables were wooden polyurethane coated and felt sticky. I laid down napkins cause I could not stand the feel. Not sure if this is build up or bad preparation or just needed a good clean. While certainly edible and I have had worse and a lot better it probably will be a minute before I am back. They may want to work on communication skills a little pleasant welcome and thank you/good bye might also endear there...
Read more2/20/24 Review: -453pm called in our pick-up order, girl said 10mins til ready -After waiting in the car for 20mins, went inside to see what was the hold-up -Young girl with the long hair went into the kitchen, said something to the cooks and THAT'S when I saw him put our 3 Phillies on the grill instead of 20mins ago 🤬 -SO we had to wait 12 more mins 😐 -Finally got our food at 535pm= 32 DANG mins total!! 🙄🤬 👉🏽As you see from my Review 3-years ago below, we absolutely LOVED this place and we go a LOT, we have ALWAYS called in our orders and they were ALWAYS ready in 10-15mins ALWAYS! But I can say EVERY TIME we went to pick-up there was an older Asian lady there and this time there was not! 👉🏽 The young girl was handling everybody's food with her hair flowing everywhere, she definitely needs to pin it up and wear a hair net! She was extremely Nice tho I must add! -Our Phillies were AMAZING as per usual but they did not fry our fries crispy as we asked, even tho she said "Yes of course" and the Tilapia had ZERO seasoning 😒 -Lastly, no digital receipt was offered this visit at all!

I ordered my food through clover like I always do. I order two 15 piece combos with fries and an additional large side of fries. Low and behold my combos didn't have fries. I went back in and the guy at the counter acted like I got wings only and not fries but my receipt literally says combo lol. THE PRICE I PAID WAS FOR A COMBO. He then proceeded to tell me they will give me fries this one time like they were doing me a favor!! That was a problem! Instead of saying they messed up, the guy at the counter acted like I ordered wrong from clover. MIND YOU, I've used clover a few times at their restaurant and I never had a problem!!
