Sharks Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Warner Robins

I work on Robins AFB and usually visit Sharks on Russell Pkwy, 3-4 times a month and get 10 WHOLE wings with fries DIPPED in buffalo mild sauce ($1.00 extra) for $10.69-- my most recent order was Friday, 10 May. Today (12 May), I ordered 50 WHOLE wings dipped in honey mild sauce and was told it would be $42.99. My husband picked up the order and when he got home, I realized it was wing pieces. I called and spoke to the manager (who has taken my order plenty of times) to ask why I received "peices" when I asked for whole wings! She explained that they don't dip whole wings which is a lie. I told her I recently ordered 2 orders of 10 whole wings (equivalent to 40 peices) with fries and a chicken and fish combo on Friday, she kept telling me "they" weren't supposed to do "that". I told her SHE rang me up!!!!!! She told me she would call the owner and call me back, which she did. She proceeded to tell me that the owner would "give" me the whole wings "this time" but not again. She asked had I start eating them, I replied, "yes, it has been 40 minutes!" She replied well since you ate some already, I can give you $5 off your next meal. I replied, "So had I not eaten any of my food that I just paid over $50 [total] for, what would have happened?" She said she could've given me the 50 wings. WHAT A JOKE!!!! I just looked on their Facebook and they're advertising 100 WHOLE wings for $69.99, yet they gave me 50 pieces (equivalent to 25 whole wings) for $42.99 which doesn't make sense either since 50 wings cost $35.99 plus $1.00 for every 10 dipped ($5.00 extra) which would be $40.99 not $42.99!!!! This place is a RIP Off and I will make sure Robins AFB employees and the surrounding areas know this before frequenting this...

My lady and I are from Kansas City MO and Fredericksburg VA and were in Warner Robbins house shopping. We both are planning on retiring within 6 months. We were hungry and remembered Sharks Chicago Syle Fish and Chicken and put it in to the GPS and off we went. The GPS brought us to this location, not the same one we saw a few days ago, off of Watson but what the hell wewere hungry and we went in. The young lady behind the counter who took our order was friendly and patient and I finally order a whiting dinner with hush puppies and cold slaw and my lady order the catfish dinner with rice and hush puppies. The place gave you that "hole in the wall" vibe with hand written special signs, mismatched seats, ceiling tiles that needed repair, and a staff without uniforms.... folks came and went with to go orders and we thought this is going to be delicious. We'll not quite.... Our order finally came and the fish was right but the sides were wrong. Not a huge deal because we came for the fish. The dinner did not come with any bread but was decent. I asked for bread with my fish but after about 10 mins the finally sold me a big hamburger bun. I guess the use it for sandwiches. The hush puppies were delicious. My 2 pc whiting was decent with good flavor and seasoning but thin. I never got the cold slaw. My ladies catfish was also thin but seasoned well. Not good, but not bad. This is my first time eating Sharks Fish and Chicken fare. I usually don't complain about take-out food, service, etc. If I like it, I come back. If I don't like it, I just go somewhere else the next time. So, to motivate me to take the time to sit down and write a review, this place must be above excellent ...or such an epic gastric-disaster that I consider it my civic duty to warn the public. Well, I have to warn everyone that if you eat there once, I guarantee that you will not be able to stop the urge to eat there again. My wife and I just had the Chicken Breasts meal and the Chicken Livers meal delivered. We have lived here 40 plus years and can't remember ever having had any better prepared meals in this city.
