I brought my watch in 2 months ago, on May 1st. Mr. Bryant (the owner) said he would have the work done in two weeks. On May 16th I came in to pick up my watch he said he haven't started the repairs yet and forgot about my watch he asked me to give him 3 more weeks and he will call me. (He never called me) I followed up with him 3 weeks later he said he got the movement in and it was working he just broke the small hand on the watch and he needed to order another piece. He ask me to give him an additional 3 weeks. I called him back 3 weeks later he said he have all the pieces in the watch but its not moving😑........... He asked me to give him a few days and he will finish the job and call me. It's now been 2 months and 22days and he refuse to answer my calls and text messages. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Truly was a blessing to walk into this shop to get one of my husband's toys, his Omega watch , to have it repaired and he did such an amazing job! He was very quick and very reasonable on his prices!! I had been wearing a ring sizer on my ring for over a year and hadn't found someone that felt they could resize it without messing up the setting. Well let me tell you this man grabbed my hand and made me feel like a princess he was so gentle and so assuring he could do it with no problem !!! Within a few days I had my beautiful ring to fit my finger and he went above and beyond and even shined it for me !! He truly is a blessing !!! I read the reviews, and just couldn't believe the experience I had. Brought in my father's watch 4/15 and told him I needed it for a trip in a month. He said he would order a new movement. I came in on 5/22 (giving extra time), he said he was working on it that day, and it would be ready in two days.
